We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beds and pillows were very comfy and conveniently located in the heart of Tumon. Restroom clean. The Free Wifi was decent for what I need so did not need the paid wifi.

United StatesHotel was not located next the beach. Many of the hotels in the area had direct beach access. My room did not have a view of the ocean or beach. I could only see another building of Guam Plaza Resort. I guess that was why they were a little cheaper than the other hotels.
Hotel located close to a lot of stores to go shopping. I had rented a car and the hotel had a lot of free parking available. The hotel offer morning breakfast. It had an exercise room. The concierge could not set up any Guam tours for me. There were tour buses that came to hotel to pick up guess. But most of the tours were standard sightseeing tours. I would like to have had a WWII and US military base tour. The tours offered were more the standard tourist beach going affairs. But that is what most people want.

PalauSome of the power outlets especially on the tv desk were not working. My room air con on the 3rd day started to ice, and was making some noises, even water got to drip out of the air con although it was still cooling the room.
The location of the hotel was a walking distance to great places such as TGIF, Honolulu Coffee, DFS, etc. The room was big enough to accommodate myself and my friends. Unfortunately, due to the weather we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but we still enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The location was amazing. The hotel was close from the airport, the main street, and the beach. The pool was cool, the room was clean too. It has a souvenir shops which was open until pretty late.

United StatesThe room is not too spacious. No fridge and no microwave. I was assigned a two-bed room, but I am a solo traveler. Many facilities have no information from staff, thus they are not known by guests. Parking building 1 connecting with hotel is always full. Other parking buildings are far, so guests must walk in rains if it is stormy.
The resort is in Tumon within a cluster of luxury malls and fancy hotels. The restore is a huge facility with restaurants, shops, and gyms. Price is more affordable compared with neighboring resorts. Easy and close access from the Guam Airport.

AustriaHad a problem several times with the door lock. One time had to change the room. New room was full of mould on the ceiling. After informing the reception it had miraculously disappeared upon my return in the evening. You have to tell the reception in the morning that you would like to have your room cleaned (at least the overfull bins emptied), otherwise nothing is done. Internet is slow.
Very good location close to the beach and the Pale San Vitores Road, but still very quiet. Shops and restaurants/cafes in the immediate surroundings. Trolley stop just in front of the hotel. Compared to other hotels a bit more budget-priced. Volunteer receptionists from Korea were very friendly.
