It is extremely loud at least over Thursday and Friday nights because of the club next door. We Turned on the fan to max to mask it but then felt that the fan was almost falling down.

Take advantage of the pool area kitchenette, and definitely not a good location if ur looking to rest and relaxation, the bar Barrios next door is definitely the spot to be lots of drinks choices and quick bites, the nachos at the tequila spot are gooood

Rooms are a bit old, and my room was right next to a night club, so it was tricky to sleep until 1am given very loud music. I think other rooms are probably better

There is no restaurant in the hotel and no breakfast provided. They do provide a voucher that gets you a small discount on breakfast at a restaurant a few blocks away. The hotel is located near a popular bar that played music very loudly until 1:00am on both Friday and Saturday nights

I suggested they change the pool usage to 19.00 instead of 22.00 as there were kids shouting and screaming until late .

I liked the location. My room was really nice. There was a pool, free coffee and water all day . Super friendly staff . Plenty of towels and hot water . I could leave my luggage for a few hours after check out . Slight noise from the bar next door but this was advertised and nothing to complain about. They gave me earplugs .

The downfall of being close to everything was that it was REALLY loud at night, but particularly on weekends. It's right beside a bar that plays loud music until midnight or so. They do offer you earplugs, which helps, but if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. Beds were really hard.

The hotel is very cute with an eclectic assortment of art, great textiles, high ceilings, spacious rooms, and great views of volcanoes. The location was great and close to everything you might want. The pool was lovely and views from the pool, even better.

The only main problem with the hotel is the BARrio next door. The bar’s music is loud and ends at midnight or a bit after. Even though I like the music, it was too loud when we had plans to get up early the next day for our activities. The hotel could also do better about a room safe. It is literally a small top drawer in a cabinet, which we didn’t feel safe to leave our passports. The lock could easily be opened. Beds are very firm.

Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are nice. Murals are beautiful. Decor complements the rooms. Close to cathedral and park. Lots of things close by.

The location! If you want to sleep avoid it! It is really noisy all night long and again in the morning when stores reopen! The facility itself is very typical but there would need to be some more maintenance and refresh in the rooms themselves. You could also hear all the rooms around you (in addition to the street)! Finally the swimming pool... It is very nice but wild need to be cleaned up! There is no filtering and trees all around it so not super clean!

The location is perfect for visiting Antigua, Central to everything. You can just park somewhere (beware there is no free parking in the center of the city) and do everything by foot which is really nice. The style of the hotel and the room are very typical of the city.

No breakfast included. Poorly lit stairs. Poorly lit rooms - even with all the lights on in our room, we needed flashlights to see anything. No full length mirrors. Bathroom setup is very...intimate. Toilet is basically inside a closet, not friendly for larger or shy people. Clothes came back from laundry looking worse than before. Felt overpriced.

Front desk staff and security were great, very helpful and accomodating. Great location close to central square, never more than a few blocks from anything. Sauna was nice. Laundry service offered. Great view of Volcáns Agua y Fuego.

Noise from next door bar but wasn't too bad with earplugs in (during our stay it finished by 12) and it was so convenient to be so central that we didn't mind putting up with it.

Lovely hotel, we loved the colourful decoration and the pool. Breakfast at their sister hotel was great, you can get a ticket for a discount. Coffee is available to help yourself to which is a nice touch. Staff were helpful with all our questions, organising tours, laundry etc.

Location is next to a bar as accurately stated in the hotel description. So what i didn’t like is just confirmation through experience of it at night. Since we had to keep windows open to keep the room cooler, we heard the bar patrons clearly. However we had the fan on and white noise on the phone playing noise which helped cover it up and we slept ok. So the overall experience can’t be a 10 however it only goes down to an 8.

Convenient location in the heart of Antigua. Staff was always helpful and friendly.
