Incredible hosts in a hidden gem of a hotel, family run guesthouse environment with exceptional facilities that far exceed it’s official rating, Spiros & Hiroko are incredible hosts who will do anything to help you enjoy your stay. Such a lovely stay!!! The owners Spiros and Hiroko are super kind and friendly. The hotel with the pool is really nice and there’s attention in every detail. It is located in Perissa, a calm but very strategic village with a long beach with clear water and lots of restaurants, beach clubs perfect for a relaxing holiday. In addition, you can reach Fira in just 25 minutes with a bus just in front of the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you are searching for quality and comfort at a good price!

We loved our stay at Spiros & Hiroko hotel! Spiros and Hiroko were the most welcoming, most helpful and kindest hosts and we felt warmly welcome. We especially loved the pool area, which was super clean and calm and we had plenty of space to enjoy the sun loungers. Our room was really cute and clean, exactly like the photos and we had a lovely balcony where we could eat our morning pastry from the nearby bakery ☺️ The location was really good, Perissa Beach was only a short, ~5-10 min walk away, we had the nearest bus stop around 1-2 min walk away and the Perissa main bus station around ~7 min walk away, so we were perfectly situated when we wanted to take the local bus to see the sunset at the caldera side ☺️ Overall, we had an amazing time at Spiros&Hiroko hotel, and we will definitely want to come back again!

Nothing to complain about at all. A full length mirror in our room is the only thing I can think of that would have improved things. But that's hardly a big issue. Other than that - perfect!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely pool area with immaculately kept pool and beautiful plants. Spiros and Hiroko were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They were always on hand if we needed anything but also left us to our privacy. We had evening flights on the way home and they looked after our bags and even let us have a shower before setting off so we could enjoy our last day on the beach after checking out. 10 minute walk to the beach and our favourite bar, Tranquilo. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was very homely, always clean. Everyone was so helpful. It was in a great location a few minutes walk from beach, shops and restaurants. Pool was also amazing.

Perissa, the village where the hotel is located, was overall disappointing. In theory, everything was there, shops, restaurants, bakeries, beaches etc. But in practice, it is not well-kept, chaotic, and gives an overall vibe of a neglected place. Also, going anywhere outside of it with the available public transport links is simply a nightmare.

The property exceeded our expectations. And also, receiving so much kindness from a Japanese lady on a Greek island is something we would never expect. The property had beautiful decor, and the garden was remarkable, also the view of the mountains from the pool area was breathtaking. It was so quiet that we initially thought we are the only people staying there! The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, did not waste any opportunity to ensure we are having the most comfortable stay there, even when we formally checked out. Every possible peril and inconvenience was explicitly labelled across the facilities (steps, water temperatures, slippery surfaces etc) which we found quite noteworthy. The room was cool, very clean and tastefully decorated. I regret that I did not take any pictures of the balcony, because it was so charming. We also received a lot of information about the hotel's surroundings and the island.

Our room and the whole property was super clean and smelled nice and our room was cleaned everyday. Also we’ve had the most dreamy balcony. The pool area was beautiful! The hosts were the nicest people and recommended some great places including beautiful sunset spot. So very highly recommended!

very little. my room was gorgeous, the balcony was lovely and everything was clean. perissa is quiet but that’s not the property.

From the owners waiting for my taxi to arrive at the front to offering me maps, bus timetables and recommended restaurants, the attention I received was above and beyond what I expected. thank you so much!

Everything was perfect: our room was spacious, looking like new, with a balcony, it was quiet and the bed was comfy. The swimming pool area is spacious and lovely. The couple is beyond nice and helpful. Thank you so much for our stay!!

nothing there literally is nothing to dissappoint you about this place .It's close to bars and great restraunts and there is a great bakery near by open 24 hours and that provides great snacks

everything , it was spotlessly clean and the owners are amazing and friendly the towels changed everyday pool towels provided nothing was to much trouble for spiros and hiroko even there cleaning lady was amazing .We will defo be booking with them again

A wonderful boutique hotel run by the loveliest couple. room, garden, pool , breakfast just everything perfect and Perissa is a good place to discover the island, still slightly cheaper and less full than other resorts
