Aris was as incredible as the accommodations he runs! Our flight arrived late but he happily greeted us with a smile. He gave the best recommendations for our meals and activities and the room was perfect with plenty of space! The location was wonderful as we easily walked to the charming city of plaka from our room. Having parking for our rental car was amazing! Thank you vira vivere for an amazing stay

We didn’t realize that the hot water wasn’t warm until later in the day. Coming from USA, we didn’t realize the solar panel for warm water meant that we needed to wait for it the warm the water for the day. Not a negative thing, we just had to learn.

The apartment was clean, has plenty of room, very friendly service. Aris was friendly and helpful.

We thought we had laundry in the unit, it is available as a paid service. Kitchen was small, tiny refrigerator.

Location really is quite excellent. They have parking, and walking to many great restaurants within 15-20 minutes. Nice quiet and calm place. Perfect for less than four people. They is grocery shopping within two minute drive. Host is extremely friendly and nice. I would recommend this place.

Nothing to dislike!

The accommodation was exceptionally clean. It has everything you could possible need. Well furnished and a very comfortable bed. The outside area is beautiful too. Aris is a super host. Nothing seems too much trouble for him. He is so kind, helpful and full of information. The location is great. Easy to walk to Plaka or Triovasalos where there are bus stops for Adamas. If I return to Milos I would definitely stay at Vira Vivere again.

The only downside is the location. I would say you do need transport to get around the island although you can walk into Plaka in 10 mins. Our view was the road and where it was situated there probably isn't much of a view from any room but to be honest we were out all the time so it didn't matter.

The staff were so friendly and the room had everything you would expect from a high rated hotel. Really spacious, clean and comfortable.

Loved our stay at Vita Vivere, Aris was great to deal with and his family too. Very helpful in finding local restaurants and beaches to go to. Beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we have slept on. Shower and bathroom were great too.

The kitchen was quite small and did not have enough bowls and pans for cooking. But we made it work and we had a lovely time!

Great place and loved walking through the cute village of Plakes and feel like you are staying with the locals. Close to walk to Plaka and enjoy the restaurants and views. Car parking provided and easy to navigate.

Aris was a wonderful host and helped us with any questions we had while in Milos! The place was perfect for our group of 5 friends traveling to Milos. The patio was lovely and the villa was great - everyone had plenty of room! I would definitely recommend.

The driveway to get to the parking is steep and involves a tight turn, so just be mentally prepared for that! Not problematic at all for us but it seems worth mentioning for anybody who might have a bigger car.

The apartment had everything we needed. Aris (the property manager) was absolutely lovely, so helpful and responsive. We stayed here 5 nights and it was super comfortable. We were able to get around the island very quickly from here (we had a car, and there's onsite parking), and Plaka was an easy 10ish minute walk away. We completely loved our stay.

Beautiful accommodations! We were a group of 4 and booked a spa room. Loved having a small pool to soak in after a day around the island. The apartments are located near Plaka and was an short easy walk to dinner every night. Aris is an amazing host and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed. He had excellent tips on where to go around the island. The unit and grounds are impeccably clean. Would love to stay again if we are ever lucky enough to return to Milos. 10/10 stay all around!

The property does require a car or taxi to get to many places, but you can walk to Plaka, which is about 10-15 minutes away by foot.

The property was thoughtfully laid out down to every detail — including the lighting in the parking. Every room had their own private area to sit outside and have breakfast. The suite had everything you could need. Was impeccably clean, comfortable beds, lots of room, a refrigerator filled with reasonably priced waters, wine, and juices. We enjoyed the mini pool that it had. After a day at the beach we would come and relax here as we took turns getting ready for the evening. Ari, the property owner, was helpful throughout every aspect of our stay in Milos. He talked to us about what we liked doing and made amazing recommendations and took care of us every step of the way. He even helped us find a new rental car when the one we had gotten was not working well. When we wanted to go out in the evenings without a car he arranged taxis to drive us. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

The main thing we did not expect is with the bathroom. The room I booked said it had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. However, when we arrived, there was one full bathroom and one shower in the hallway that didn't seem to connect to the hot water pipe. Also, the stairs, especially at the bottom, are easy to miss - because it twists and is slightly slippery. Several of us slipped on the last step. My mother actually fell down the step. Thankfully, she just suffered small cuts and bruises to her hip and elbow.

Location was nice. Walking distance to a grocery store and quite close to down town. Amenities were available at the facilities.
