The property simply went beyond our expectation. Given the price, perfect location convenient next to the blue dome, and spacious rooms, this accomodation is the best and affordable option for families. In particular the host, Zak, and his team provided us the seamless and spontaneous assistance greatly helping our stay in Oia.

The villa had an incredible view of the sea and was in an excellent location just steps from the shops and restaurants in Oia. Zak was the best host providing service for anything we needed. His assistant Elizabeth and her husband drove us around the island to the beaches and to an amazing restaurant on the water recommended by Zak. Overall top notch experience!! You won’t be disappointed.

Nothing really to complain about.

We liked the facility, host, services, cleanliness .. everything. It’s so nicely located to see the volcanos directly from the windows and terrace. Sunset point is just round the corner. Shopping street is close by, and all restaurants are easily accessible. We are super impressed by the host Zak, he arranges everything so smoothly including transfers to the pickup point , to the airport and also the cruise he suggested was super cool!

The view was great. We had the Aegean right in front of us. Not many people passing by the accommodation and was peaceful. Lots of food and shopping around making this very convenient. Blue dome was visible around the corner. And the sunset view was 3 mins walk away. We had a great time over the 3 nights stayed. Zak was super helpful with organising the transfer of the luggage from/to the post office as we rented a car from airport.

Everything was perfect

Everything from airport pickup by lovely Elizabeth to the very last minute in Santorini was perfect. Thank you Zak and team for such an enjoyable stay! Zak even did something special for my daughter when he found out it was her birthday! We will never forget your hospitality!

- The authenticity of a Traditional Greek Home - The complete facility from the toiletries to the kitchen utensils. - It felt like we were in our own home - Elizabeth was very helpful - The beds were comfortable - The private terrace was excellent although it needs a light because you can’t just rely on the moonlight all the time. - The host of the property was really nice and helpful. - The location was great as it was near the Oia Castle for the sunset view - There were a lot of restaurants near the property - It was near some of the most captured shots or location of the island - The Caldera view

Shower heads were a hand held. If it just had a hook for a more regular shower it would have been nice. But we made due and was only a little inconvenience.

The view and location were fantastic. Host Zak went above and beyond in every way possible. Truly a delight!

I already had high expectations but this place managed to exceed them! The views were mind blowing. House was amazing and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved experiencing the traditional cave house style of living. Zak and his team were super friendly and helpful, giving us a tour of Oia and took care of everything down to the last detail.

While the downstairs area cooled off, the upstairs bedroom was warm. I travel with a fan so it was a little more comfortable.

The host, Zak, is wonderful - friendly, thoughtful, has great information and made transportation arrangements for us. The view could not have been better and we had access to a pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay at Zoe Aegeas Traditional houses. The accomodation is well presented and clean and the location to die for. A special mention goes to Zak who has probably been the most thoughtful host we ever had. We were looked after from the moment we arrived right until when we left by helping us organising a rushed trip back to the ferry. We would give more than 10/10 if we could.

Zack is an amazing host, very helpful and always available to suggest good tips to enjoy the stay. The apartment is well situated near the blue dome (famous blue dome of Oia) with a balcony having a great sea view. I fully recommend Zack place whenever you travel to Santorini/Oia to enjoy the great vibe of the city.
