Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe very steep slopes up to the hotel. This hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties / heart problems. Occasional “ drain “ smells.
The location of this hotel is superb for me. The views across Tsilivi Bay are fantastic. The pool is lovely with sun beds and a snack bar with lovely attentive staff. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and the sheets changed every second day!

CanadaThe available parking along the side of the steep driveway was a challenge. The staff explained there was overflow parking on a flat lot around the corner from the hotel but it wasn’t clear how to get there. They should provide more info on parking as part of the booking confirmation.
The breakfast was great and there’s a nice pool and pool bar.

United KingdomIncredible views! Pool was nice with communal inflatables. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly. There is a small supermarket outside and it is a short walk to the beach and to amazing restaurants and lovely shops (and very fun crazy golf!)

United KingdomWe felt the breakfast offer could have been better (e.g more continental offers) and the breakfast buffet system needs reorganising. In desperate need of a better toaster!
Great property situated very close to the town, restaurant and beaches. A supermarket is directly outside the hotel. Rooms were cleaned very well. There is a slightly steep hill up to the hotel which is manageable, however the view from the hotel makes it worth the slight climb!

United KingdomHill was a bit steep to get to but we were fine with it but can see it being a problem for some. Carrying luggage up quite a few stone steps to room was also not easy, again we managed but could be a problem for some?

United KingdomThe wall between the rooms is not up to the ceiling.
The hotel is clean and the view very nice. Even the swimming pool seems small at first look, is more than enough, and was not crowded at all. All the staff are very friendly especially Mary and her son from the bar. The food at the bar was very good. Amazing sandwiches, pasta, kebab, gyros. Restaurants and beaches are very close. I read the reviews about the stairs....it is not so bad.

RomaniaSame breakfast every day with very little variation, no fruits. When eating outside (at the restaurant), cats and dogs were roaming around the tables. Very poor wi-fi connection (did not work inside the room at all). Very small bathroom, extremely low water pressure for the sink and toilet. You have to pay extra for the AC and safety deposit box. The wardrobe had no doors, everything was disclosed.
Good location, close to the beach, good restaurant food, friendly staff, available parking spots at all times. We also had a place to dry our clothes and a little balcony, which were a plus. There is a market very close.

United KingdomSlightly smelly bathroom but that's the greek sewer system. Nothing my sons couldn't solve with a bit of Lynx Africa!
Suite was spacious with 2 bedrooms and kitchen area. Amazing view from the balcony. We didnt use the pool as the walk to the beach was easy and Mango bar had great sun loungers for 5 euros each.

United KingdomThere is a steep slope to get to the hotel, but it gets easier the more you do it. Worth the effort to have the fantastic view.
This hotel must have the best view in Tsivili, rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area is kept very clean. Breakfast caters for multiple nationalities and is frequently restocked. Food from the pool bar is fabulous, and the bar is well stocked.

RomaniaThe rooms were refurbished recently, so the room had some heavy wet smell if you let the windows closed. It wasn't something too disturbing, and the rooms are looking nice and fresh.
The view from on top of the hill is very nice. You can see the entire Tsilivi, the beach, and several montains of Zakynthos.

United KingdomWe had a ground floor double room, perfect size apart from the en-suite, a bit comfy when sitting on the loo when you’re 6’2”. the walk up to the hotel is a small slope but a little steep, but the view is worth walk. I wouldn’t call it a moan personally but it’s only fair people are aware.
A lovely well kept hotel with a broad range of travellers, nationality and age. pool was great with amazing views over the town, it’s a short walk from the main noisy strip. All the staff were very friendly, such lovely people and I would name them if I could remember all the names. Pool bar food is lovely especially the hallomi salad with walnuts and pear.

all ok, good value for money. Nice room with beautiful view, quite big fridge on the room. Kind staff. Small but nice pool on the roof - with nice view and pool bar opened till late hours. Good breakfast with broad variety of food. Close to the center and restaurants and shops, but still quiet place.
