We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at this property from start to finish. The hotel kindly organised our transfer from the airport. We were picked up in a brand new bmw & greeted warmly at the hotel. The owner was so helpful & gave amazing service The rooms are absolutely stunning. We stayed in room 5 which is a junior suite. The room was absolutely spotless & there was maid service every day cleaning the room. We had fresh towels everyday. The room had 2 tvs which had access to Netflix which was great for chilling in the evenings. The room also offered a hairdryer, fridge freezer, coffee machine & kettle. Our room was steps away from the pool which was so convenient. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. There are 6 day beds meaning one for each room. Most days we had the pool to ourselves and it was so relaxing. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. However transportation is required to get about. The nearest bus stop or shop is a 30 minute walk away. We quickly discovered this after the first day. The owner kindly organised a quad for us which was delivered an hour later. The prices were the best we had seen. With the quad the hotel location was a perfect as it’s in the middle of the island. Fira was a 7 minute drive, Oia 22 minutes and Kamari was 12 minutes away. We did also find an amazing beach club East breeze which is just a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall we had an amazing experience at this property. It gave that luxurious typical Santorini vibe at such amazing value.

FranceKitchen Be careful when you book, there is nothing to cook in the kitchen (no microwaves or hob). So if you buy something from outside and want to warm it, you won't be able to do it. I do not understand the point to have a kitchen if we cannot cook or do the dishes. A mini fridge + hot beverages point like classic hotel would have been sufficient. There is nothing to do a rapid cleaning : no sponge for the sink, no tea towel, no box of tissues, no hand brush and dustpan. So if you spill something on the floor or you come back from the beach and there is sand on the floor : you will have to wait the next day for the cleaning staff to do it (Maybe you can ask to the reception but as it happens to us after 10PM, the reception was closed). Bedroom There is a part with a miror where you can sit and do your hair or make-up. This is cute but if you sit you cannot see your face in the miror (my height is 1m70). The stool is too low or the miror is too high.. There is no hotel safe. No miror where you can see yourself from head to toes. No iron. Attitude We did not find the owner's attitude professionnal. My mother went to him to notify we did not have any electrical current and water. His answer was only : "we know, it is general". My mother found his way to answer rude. I asked him if it is possible to lower the temperature of the room because we are very hot. He answered to open both of the clim and "you will be fine". If I come to you it is obvious that I tried myself to do everything and FIRSTLY turn ON the two AC. He did not even try to come, to see and explain. We went out hours after that, saw him and he couldn't even say hello or something. The next day was the same thing. He only talked by whatsapp while he walked in front of us twice and could talk to us (we was in the swimming pool). I am on holiday and do not need this kind of negativity so i did not say anything more.
The hotel is new and very beautiful. It is outside of the big town, peaceful and quiet. Extorior You have a magnificient view of sea and the hotel is built in the middle of an olive grove. There are 6 rooms and each of them has a cute terrace with table and chair from which you can admire the view. There is someting to hang wet clothes up on, if you need to make them dry. The swimming is very beautiful with one sunbed per room. There are places to park. We had a car so I cannot talk about buses but the nearest supermark/restaurants seems to be far without a car. Kitchen You will find a fridge, kettle and coffe machine. There are also two pieces (not more) of each kind of dishware (tea cup, coffe cup, plates, forks, knife...). Some coffee capsule and tea are available. Room and bathroom Cute decoration. Very clean and cosy. 4 towels and bathing products are given. I like the fact that there are a lot of lights in the room. Greetings The owner was available to answer to my question via whatsapp. When we arrive he greeted us with a bottle of wine from his father's grove, fruits, water and juice. He explained us with a map thing to do in Santorini.
