The hotel was faultless but be aware that it is situated about 2 km from the tourist strip in Kavos. If you do not have a car it is quite a long, hot walk. The area around the hotel is very quiet ( which suited us!) Wi-fi in the room was a bit patchy, but there was a much stronger signal down by the pool, so all good.

A gem of a hotel. Run by a kind and generous family this hotel is spotlessly clean and offers excellent value for money. Breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant offers a reasonable range of food and drink for fair prices. The pool is large and sparkling. Rooms are large and comfortable. Dora and Hercules were fantastic hosts and offered us a great deal of assistance in getting around and booking our ferry tickets to Italy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again some day.

The shower try should have been much bigger.

Everything. It's modern comfort in the middle of a great olive grove/plantation . New, well designed, quite to tranquility. Great happy welcome, You park under the shade of olive tree, go to a lovely fully equipped room, then you can go for a swim or dinner at the pool bar& quite restaurant. Our first time, felt like coming back home. Sure we'll come again.

We spent a mesmerizing 4-night vacation at Yianetta and we had the greatest time in our clean and comfortable apartment in the middle of the beautiful olive garden. The staff were super friendly and helpful all along. We had an amazing Greek night watching the traditional dances and breaking plates. We loved having the outstanding breakfast every morning as well as the delicious toasts and drinks just by the pool. 100% recommended!!

-Actually everything was perfect and This is not about the hotel but the sea that in front of the hotel is pretty dirty and You will not want to swim because looks really ugly due to the port near to hotel, Please consider it.You will not able to any sea in Kavos. -Location of the hotel is not good if you want to be close to central of Kavos but port is within walking distance.

-The staff was super friendly. -They provide shower gel,Hair dryer, towels. -Tv was alright. -There is a nice pool located to the bar so it is nice to have a drink and hang out. -They are offering some Breakfast options like English or Greek style so you can choose whatever you like additionally they are serving you an Orange juice and coffee with toast breads.It was so tasty. -The AC is free of charge and works perfectly.

we stayed one night before crossing from port Lefkimmis to Paxos. The garden ‘bungalow ‘ was very pleasant. The Manager/Owner was more than helpful and very friendly. We ate there and it was good value and tasty. The port was a 15 minute walk away so quite accessible. We would choose to stay again if in the area.

There is a lamp with very low light in the bathroom, could be good to change for something brighter. Update the green bus schedule, that what you have was not valid anymore.

Breakfast is very good. Nice people that manage the place. Everything clean, comfy. Beautiful garden with olive trees!!! Our terrace was overlooking the olives, it's magic! Quite close to Kavos centre. A green bus stop very close by. The price was incredibly low for what you get.

1) When we arrived for our check-in we were informed that we had "accidentally" not opted for the air condition unit in our room, and it would cost us an extra 7€ per day if we wanted it. The manager initially offered to supply the A/C unit for free provided I paid cash! In the end, even though we declined, he offered it free of charge. I would like to state that I am 100% sure that booking.com never offered me the option to pay for the A/C and that immediately afterwards I went and checked again and it didn't show such an option. Seeing as the temperatures, especially in the evening, got really high, and at night mosquitoes are on the lookout for open windows (no mosquito net for the main window) offering the A/C at an extra cost is a shady tactic. 2) The room had a small kitchen full of unpleasant surprises for us when we needed to cook (Not functioning toaster, really weak kitchen stoves with non existent markings, a really foul smelling refrigerator) 3) The balcony had no clothesline or drying loft which meant that we had to rely on the available chairs and table for drying our clothes / towels. 4) We had pre-paid an extra 4,5€ per person/day for breakfast. It turned out that by breakfast, we actually got to spend 4€ on any item on the pool bar's menu plus any common drink. However the menu offered little other than omelets or sandwiches. There was no milk, fruits, yogurt, cereals, cake or any other common breakfast options. In the end, we had to buy extra on our own from a nearby bakery in order to supplement our breakfast. 5) I noticed signs at the reception and the pool bar saying that card payments get an extra 4% charge. Such a thing is illegal in Greece as far as I know, however I never had to verify if such a policy is enforced. 6) We stayed for 4 days/ 3 nights.

1)Extremely helpful and friendly staff, willing to assist us in any way possible or answer our questions when asked. 2) Spacious parking space beneath olive trees, keeping our car protected and in the shade 24/7.
