The apartment is new, clean, spacious, with two terraces, a beautiful bathroom, two tables, utensils, stove and everything necessary for cooking. We visited the place in January. The apartment is well insulated and was completely nice and comfortable. It has air conditioning and blankets and is generally perfect for a winter holiday. The host is extremely kind and responsive. Even though it was off season he made sure we had everything we needed. There is a parking space, it is close to the center and the beach. Excellent wifi. We recommend and will visit again.

Some equipment in apartment could be fixed or replaced (like mosquito net, hairdryer etc.) but it did not affect quality of our stay.

Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here. Parking nearby is extremely convenient and it big enough.

There is no daily cleaning service, but we knew it.

We are choosing this place for second year. We like the location - close enough to everything, but away enough to not hear if the restaurants are too noisy. There is also a very comfortable parking next it. We also like the art in the rooms.

I would recommend Moskito nets on all windows to allow sleeping on open doors

Clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant hosts. Nikoleta was quite helpful and responsive to out few requests. The best side of the place are the hills nearby, which ensure cool breeze at night and allows to disregard the air-conditioner

Two buildings are too close and you have to look at another windows and balkonies. There is no privacy.

Hosts were very polite and extremely helpful, available at all times. Nearby parking very convenient, room was spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Located in a quiet area, within a short walking distance from village center and sea. Highly recommended, great option for your vacation in Olympiada.

The apartment was cozy and had artistic view with the pictures inside. It was clean and we had all needed facilities. The location was quite and the property garden well maintaintained. Pleasant place to stay. We will definitely repeat.

The shower cabin is too small, I kept unintentionally switching the whater switch while showering. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The livingroom coach is noisy.

The location is perfect for a family holiday - near the beach, markets and restaurants. Within walking distance of the ancient city and a more secluded beach. The apartment was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Wide balcony with both sea view and mountain view. The balcony doors kept the heat away even without the conditioner on when we were out. We didn't have to buy dishwashing supplies or toilet paper.

We couldn't keep mosquitoes out, even though all the doors and windows had mosquito screens. The pull-out couch was very hard.

The apartment was big enough to suit a family of three. It had all the amenities for a longer journey. Short walk to the beach and the town center. Parking close by.

They charged me 10 euro per day for an old baby crib (from my parents' time) with a very old matrass, which I even needed to carry myself to the second floor with the lady who welcomed me, because it was not pre-installed in the room. The baby got bitten, most probably by bedbugs and this was a complete failure. I recommend they either stop offering baby cribs at all or buy new ones (especially since they charge extra for this service), because this was a real disaster. There was "self-cleaning policy" (?!), which was not mentioned on Booking.com and I needed to manually request cleaning of my room on the third day (out of 6 days stay). Usually they even charge extra for this "additional" cleaning, but in my case they did it as a "gift" which was quite nice. It is a non-sense to ask for 100 euro per day and not even clean the rooms at least every other day, but it seems that most low-to-mid-range accommodations in Greece have adopted this "self-cleaning policies" lately, which is a shame for their tourism industry. Last but not least, there was a lot of noise from a nearby building site as well some noise from the main road and the village, which was quite irritating. The building is overall nice with a lot of potential, the hosts are trying, but they are just not professional and as a result the management is quite poor. Anyway, I wish them all the best I hope they will take my recommendations and improve in the future!

The art on the walls is impressive, the building is nice and the location in really good (close to the beach and the village-center, with free parking).

The list is huge: - we booked different apartment than the one we got. The on advertised was much bigger, brighter and newer. - we were 3 grown ups and one baby and it was waaaay too small for us although it was advertised as such. - the shower was broken. - the sofa was broken and you couldn’t open it. - there were only one night stand although there 2 on the pictures - it was super noisy - nearby construction, also the rooms are so packed that you can hear all other rooms. - no privacy at all. - the host was super rude. - the baby cot was heavy and I had to carry it to the room myself. - there was a nylon under the sheets on the bed… can you imagine? The list is endless…

It was not far from the beach.

A few hours before we took off to the hotel with our dog, we were informed that the pets-welcomed policy stated in the Booking page only applies if you have a small dog. This happened after they approved our booking and accepted our money. We barely managed to convince them to let us in with our medium-sized dog and had to pay an additional 25 EUR fee for extra cleaning charges (a fee not stated anywhere in Booking). While we got to an agreement, this made us feel very unwelcome and disappointed, having such a short notice to potentially book a different place. TLDR: if you have a pet you might feel quite unwelcome here.

The apartment is spacious, comfy, has everything you need, and is very close to the beach. The parking was very good too.
