So much! Tastefully designed in layout; lovely decor; relaxing atmosphere; good breakfast choice; friendly, helpful staff; pool and outside seating well-planned; and of course the great view!

We felt that the breakfast choices were limited. The only 'warm' choices were bacon, slices of omelette & boiled eggs. The bathroom had a faint whiff of drains from the open grid outlet in the floor The hotel location luckily was fine for us however it should be made clear that there are lots of steps within the hotel grounds, due to its stunning cliff top position.

Yalis is in an excellent location with great views over a little bay. It has a nice homely vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Service could not be faulted. We enjoyed the lovely pool and terraces including the breakfast area overlooking the ocean. Great bar for a sundown cocktail before heading out for dinner! It’s worth paying a little more for one of the sea view suites.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting, amazing staff. We stayed in a junior suite and loved the space, the vaulted ceilings and balcony. Bathroom great too with nice toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, it was self serve and we particularly liked the fresh orange juice and savoury pastries.

The superb location and its extraordinary views! The hotel has some of the most friendly and helpful staff we’ve ever encountered, they were always smiling and at your disposal with any request you could have! The pool has sea water, which we found to be very nice and extremely beneficial in days you wouldn’t want to travel that much! Also worth mentioning - the big room, that has everything you could need and again, the staff that always kept it perfectly clean, even with Daniel Cyclone ravaging the neighboring islands and flooding some rooms in the hotel (we later found out that it has been the worst storm Greece has ever experienced in its history of weather recording!). The staff and cleaning personnel were exquisite in keeping everything in order and never once giving us the impression that things were out of their control. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay even in those scary days!

We had an amazing 4 nights stay in Yalis hotel, the views from the hotel were outstanding. Quiet place to relax and disconnect. Important to mention that the staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was really comfy and facilities were extremely clean. The swimming pool with the views of the ocean was incredible beautiful. The breakfast was really tasty with plenty of fruits everyday. Located in the Votsi area with a nice beach nearby for 5 min on foot and tabernas, and you can also walk to port Patitiri 10 min by foot but you need to go through a shortcut. We definitely recommended it!!

Staff is friendly but I didn't like that during breakfast they used to occupy one table smoking a lot without taking care that this could annoy some guests.

The sea view is AMAZING, I would return only for this.

The place was not at walking distance from a beach, so we were using the car on daily basis. The breakfast was nice and tasty, well-presented with decent variety but for the three days we stayed, it was every day the same, apart from the fruits that changed slightly. I’d like to see couple of different choices to mix things a bit.

We are a young family and visited the island for three nights. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. All the furniture was of great quality and we found very convenient the clothes hanging lines with the pegs for wet swim gear. The views are stunning and the garden and grounds are nicely maintained. The staff was very friendly with us and our young children. The pool is cute, with salty water that kids enjoyed the first day. The hotel offered freshly washed fluffy pool towels, very convenient for us.

Our studio room was big enough with a powerful shower and a lot of mini soaps! The hotel is quite of a distance ( if you want to walk) from the port but we took a cab booked by the reception at our arrival. We may wait as they are only 4 on the island! We then hired a couple of scooters all organized by the hotel at our last minute request and I have to say this is a must do: so easy to drive, and safe ( not much traffic!) and perfect for finding hidden beaches! The staff are the most welcome people, always there to help and suggest ideas or location to go and so on! i was so impressed! They really take their time to make our stay perfect. Thank youuuuu Nice breakfast with local food and fresh orange juice served on the terrasse with the view of the sea! Amazing! Pool clean and no fight for the sunlounge!! Dendrolimano restaurant (italian greek fusion cuisine) nearby to try! (we loved the tuna tartare salad and the pistachio cheesecake)

The location: walking-distance from beach and Patitiri, very big room ( nr 15) nice and spotless clean, the amazing sea view from the terrace, the pool and the best Mohito I had ever!!! Friendly and helpfull staff, overall a very good choice of stay in Alonissos. I would choose again Yalis Hotel anytime 🤗

Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfasts. Possibility to rent their own cars. Spacious rooms. View. Surrounding area (market, gyros restaurant). Proximity to town, port. 2 good beaches near 1 very nice beach 2 km away. Suitable for people who want calm and relaxing holidays. Not for party people.
