It is perfect hotel for holidays. We spent there 2 fantastic weeks. Great people are running this family hotel! Good location, close to the beach, center of Rethymno and restaurants and bars but it iat the same time veru quiet. All is perfectly clean, rooms are very cosy and geusts feel like at home. If you are tired at the beach it is nice to stay on the roof top with jacuzzi and sunbeds and relax in quiet atmosphere and at the evening there is nice sunset view. We felt ourselves like we were coming there since years. All thanks to charming Dora, her father and all the other people who are extremely kind and helpfull. For sure we want to come back! Thanks!

We loved EVERYTHING! The accommodation was so good, location was amazing (everything you need within walking distance) and the staff was so incredibly lovely! On our last day our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to check out a little bit later so that we could make use of the facilities. Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay!!

Loved the clean fit out of the apartment and the location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff here are exceptional making it a wonderful place to stay. Everything is brand new and comfy beds as well.

The hotel is owned by a family, they are all really nice, we got some little presents and great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. The room is comfy and very close to the beach, definitely recommend!

The room at White Swan was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the quietness and location as it was very close to the beach and had a good distance to the old town of Rethymno. The rooftop pool was very cute and a nice place to just hang out. What we loved the most was the personal. Everybody was exceptionally nice and helpful.

We so enjoyed our terrace we couldn't visit the roof pool and garden. Next time, because we will return!

Amazing property. Rooms/Studios offer everything you need. The terrace was huge (we were lucky) offering shade all day. Very modern design and well arranged bathroom. Excellent location - very close to the beach and few of the best restaurants/cafes in the city. Nice gift at departure. Easy parking at the location or close by.

It's a family-run hotel with a nice and very clean studious. The girls at the reception are extremely welcome and polite. The hotel is in quiet surroundings but very close to the beach and city center. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Perfect location - clise to the beach and walkable distance to old city. Free public parking nearby. Many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets for your choice. The hotel itself is extremely clean, newly-built, super comfy and spacious considering it's in the city center. The receptionists and owner are so friendly, making us immediately feel home. We also loved the roof top jacuzzi and sunbed area which makes us felt like an oasis away from the busy beach and street but still be part of it since you can see the sea view from it. It was the perfect place to stay in Rethimno and we 100% recommend to couple/family to stay at White Swan!

Great boutique hotel. All staff were friendly. Small plunge pool on roof good for cooling off in the afternoon. 5 min walk to the beach where chairs can be used from the local restaurants as long as you purchase food/drinks. Room was always clean. Good size. Nice big balcony.

Very nice and clean hotel on a great location - just a few minutes from the beach and close to the old town. Although it is a busy area, the owner of the hotel provided a free parking spot just in front of the hotel for us. Above all, the stuff in the hotel was exceptional - when we arrived they welcomed us with a traditional raki drink and when leaving they gifted a bottle of home-made olive oil and a bag of sage tea to us. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel and definitely would like to come again.

Fantastic stay! Would definitely recommend! The room was immaculate, bed was extremely comfortable. Very modern, spacious room. Beautiful balcony also. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming! They were so friendly, and really made our stay perfect. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants also.
