This is a family-run hotel & we encountered some of the best service I’ve ever had. The girls at check-in could not have been sweeter and went above & beyond with various restaurant & activity recommendations to make sure we had a good stay.

The room was located right under the pool I think and it sometimes made noise. But it only lasted a few minutes so it did not bother us.

Just wow! Everything about this place was beautiful. We loved it! The room was very modern and spotless, we couldn't fault it at all. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. The little extra surprises were the cherry on top of the cake!

The hotel has a very good location, very close to the beach, there is a nice coffee place on the corner at the beach. Approx, 15 min walking to the city center/ old town. The hotel itself has a lovely design, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a big balcony. The staff, Dora and Maria, were amazing, very lovely ladies who are very helpful.

The property is in a great location, very close to everything, the longest walk we had to do was to the fort but it was through the gorgeous town centre! The property was clean and well finished and the roof top pool was lovely! There is everything you need in the room to stay wether you are eating out or wanting to save some money and cook yourself. The staff are exceptional, we came about 3 hours early for check in and we left our bags went for a wander and within 50mins our room was ready for us, when we got to the property they had taken our bags to our rooms! We then received a list of the best restaurants for different food, and the lovely check in girl took us up to the room and showed us how everything worked. When we left we got some lovely olive oil made by the family who own the hotel! Exceptional staff and exceptional stay, will definitely be staying here every time we visit Rethymno!

On top of the roof of the hotel there is a small pool that operates from 9AM and produces some small sounds. The owners are aware of this and it did not affect the quality of our holiday.

White Swan is a very elegant hotel with modern facilities. We enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and well prepared and the room was quite spacious and even included a microwave oven and a jacuzzi. The staff was more than helpful and welcoming and the communication constant and eager to reply to all our questions and provided us with good recommendations. The location of the hotel is excellent, since you can reach every major point inside Rethymno on foot in 5-10 mins. Parking was provided just in front of the hotel. We recommend this hotel

What can I say about this fantastic property ! The young women who work at the reception are so kind and delightfully pleasant ! We felt so welcomed. This hotel is gorgeous, from the stylish details to the rooftop jacuzzi and garden. This was our favourite hotel of any that we have travelled to. The location is amazing and a place to park your car right outside. We enjoyed every moment of our stay ! We hope to return to your beautiful property again ! Thank you !!

Amazing apartment hotel - it looks just as advertised, great amenities, comfy mattress, fastest wifi we’ve experienced in any accommodation in Greece. Exceptional service: very responsive, great recommendations, and quite some extras: complimentary water, ouzo and homemade extra virgin oil.

Meeting the owners of this family operated hotel was a pleasure. Room was well-appointed, spacious balcony and bathroom. Shower was spacious with lots of hot water. Beds were comfortable with 2 pillows. Kitchenette, refrigerator, drying rack on balcony for hand washed clothes, complimentary raki and olive oil were nice touches. Very good location. I hope to stay there again.

Only minor things. The water escaped the shower as there was no tray or door so the floor got wet. Could have done with a knife and a tea towel in the kitchen area. Insufficient storage space for clothes for 2 people in my opinion

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The bed and bedding were comfy and the location perfect for a short walk to the beach and old town. Nice roof top jacuzzi with loungers. Free parking nearby. Very clean. Quiet..great coffee shop across the square.

First of all the team were great. Dora, Maria and all the team looked after me so well, I felt like a friend of the family. They were friendly cheerful, easily, accessible, knowledgeable and always ready to offer a helping hand. They gave me info on places to eat and even gave me complimentary homemade Olive oil when i was leaving. The room was clean and had nice upto date fascilities. Wifi and air con was great in addition to all the light fixtures. The hotel location was great, close to the beach front, lots of the resturants and bars, but still away from noise This accomodation was a pleasant surprise and the team were the icing on the cake. I will definitely come back again.
