We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaGreat location, everything was clean and tidy and the staff Fatima and Fei were extremely attentive. The private pool was great as well as the rooftop pool. There is an also a great view from the rooftop terrace of the sunrise. This is a small property with only 3 suites so was very private. Great location to get around as well. 5min walk to the main Fira bus station which gets you everywhere across the island. It was also very secure and felt very safe. 10/10 would absolutely recommend as a great place to stay!

SingaporeEverythinggggg! Our first time in Santorini and this villa made has a very excellent first impression. We enjoyed every second staying there. The lady host and staff are really helpful and attentive! Whatever you need , they may help you with, including suggestion of places to see or about the island. But we are all good as we did a bit of study before coming and did not expect the host would go extra miles to help with planning! Love it! This villa is accessible by bus from the airport. But if you want a peace of mind, the host would arrange transportation for you! The location is central, just few mins walk you gonna reach the main attraction! The swimming pool is on the rooftop and very relaxing vibes during the day. At night, kinda chilly, so hot jacuzzi it is! We appreciate every bit of details and interior of the villa. Gorgeous 😍

The room was lovely, large and beautifully furnished. The sloe place was well maintained and clean. The staff were very kind and were understanding when our flight was delayed and we arrived close to midnight. They had also communicated beforehand so it was easy to WhatsApp them to let them know.

Beautiful property and loved the simple but very stylish design .. stunning lighting in the bedroom . The outside terrace and pool were fabulous , clean and such a tranquil space . Amazed that only few streets away was the hustle and bustle of Fira . Would have loved to have stayed longer ! The staff absolutely charming and very helpful .

United KingdomYou have to run the air conditioning quite hard otherwise the humidity is a problem as there is a swimming pool in the room. This means that the room is either very cold (but dry) or damp. The owner might consider providing a dehumidifier as this would enable guests to control humidity with out excessive use of the air conditioning. Note that this did not dampen our stay (pun intended), and we had a great time at White Dream Suites.
The real stand out feature are the staff who are endlessly helpful with everything and can provide help remotely through WhatsApp. A sincere thank you. The apartment is nice, quaint and just a short walk to the Main Street in Fira

CanadaThere was a jacuzzi inside the room so it was quite humid When you walk towards the centre, keep in mind it is an incline walk (this could be challenging for some, but it is only 2-3 minutes which was a nice exercise for me)
Fatma is a really amazing host, we arrived late around midnight and she waited for us all night The place is huge! When we entered the room, we were in awe The Greek cave design of the room was stunning Nice location in Thira less than 10 minutes away from the main attractions

IrelandOur apartment had the indoor pool- which was fabulous, the only downside was it meant the apartment was quite humid! But this can be overcome by keeping the aircon on.
Great location, 5 mins walk to Fira Main Street. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with very big and comfortable beds. The staff at White Dreams were outstanding, the were incredibly accommodating and gave us very excellent advice and recommendations.

United KingdomWe went in April so I just wish that the swimming pool was heated as the water was quite cold, but I am sure it would be perfect for the summer. Also, we were lucky that our room had an outdoor jacuzzi that we could enjoy instead.
We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very welcoming and they arranged the transfer to and from the airport for us. They also provided us with many suggestions about restaurants and things to do. We had a delicious breakfast served in our room from the very kind staff. Our room was cleaned every day. The suites don't have a view of the caldera, but they are located in a very quiet part of Fira (so lots of privacy and good night sleeps) and just a short walk away from the main centre! I would definitely come back as this place has an amazing value in comparison to other accommodations in Fira.
