Location was perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to the town of Fira. Property was so beautiful! Pool was so unique and fun. Our private hot tub overlooked the ocean. Bright white buildings which made it feel Santorini all the way. Staff was very accommodating, helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Fira.

The best part was the young gentleman at the desk. He was so helpful. Our taxi driver told us this was his first year working at the hotel. I hope he continues because he really did make the difference of a nice stay and an amazing one.

The property was nice. Location is close to everything and yet not in all the congestion. Breakfast delivered to our room was a nice surprise and the private outside spa was perfect after long walks.

Bad smell in bathroom sewer drain.

Everything except bad sewer smell in the bathroom that persisted throughout our stay. House keeping lady cleaned but does not help much ! Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff, will be back hopefully that problem will be corrected. Highly recommended !

it was beautiful. location was perfect. near enough to walk to the busy parts of Fira but also very quiet and peaceful if you want to just chill and relax. rooms are spacious and modern. lots of tv channels to choose from. it was our honeymoon and it was romantic and our private terrace and hot tub was delightful. staff were all super friendly and helpful. I can’t fault anything. we will definitely return.

Took us a while to find the quickest way into town through the lanes. Can be confusing but not the hotel's fault.

Gorgeous room, cave style but ultra modern and stylish. Good location, fairly close to shops and restaurants and the caldera, but away from the crowds. Lovely breakfast served in our room. Beautiful pools in both hotel areas. Reception staff, Alexandra, was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and professional. We would definitely stay again.

The TV didn't have channels in English, and no microwaves. But the reception advise why. They are fairly new, so they haven't finished adding alot of things.

friendly personal, good service like carrying luggage, even possible to carry to bus terminal. Very good breakfast. Beautiful pool. The towels are with the best quality beyond the hotels with similar price I found in Santorini. The room is also the cleanest as well.
