The only thing I'd recommend be changed is minor: the motion sensor light in the bathroom was annoying in the middle of the night when it turned on -- and stayed on -- for what felt like a long time.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Room was great. Loved the little pool right outside the door. Loved the breakfast every morning. And I actually liked that the hotel was a few minutes from the hub-bub of central Fira. It was much quieter and had no crowds. Would highly recommend!

Clean, white and bright. The jacuzzi in the room, plus the privacy was a nice treat. The breakfast was also a private affair and served timely as tequested. Also the hotel is very quiet but a short walk from the busy strip. Ideal location

The breakfast options were not very appealing. The meat and cheese plate they give you was not good at all. In all honesty, they should either pass on that altogether, or figure out how to improve this option. Outside of that, breakfast was good. Although it would have been nice to be able to get coffee AND juice instead of one or the other.

The property itself was so serene, clean and well taken care of. Our room was perfect. Love the daily breakfast delivery, although I do wish they had better breakfast options. Front office staff were amazing, and very friendly and welcoming. When I come back to Santorini, this will be my first option for accommodations!

Price is a bit high but can't same as vast majority of hotels in the town, at least this one is new hotel.

The lady in the reception is fantastic, we arrived earlier than expected she helped us a lot. The hotel is new (2023). Everything is super-white, nice and clean, it's definitely a good choice Also pool and Jacuzzi helps a lot in the summer as you can't stay outside in the steeet till sunset time.

Nothing it was perfect

Location not to far from centre but quiet location. At the pool we had morning sun and afternoon breeze. Alex and other staff were so helpful with everything from booking transfers and boat tours to just general information about the island. Rooms were beautiful, clean and cool. I would never stay anywhere else in Santorini.

Our jacuzzi was not working when we arrived which was pretty disappointing because it was on the roof of our room (one of the highest ones there) with a full bar wrapped around it and we were unable to use it. The staff was super kind and apologetic and offered us an alternate jacuzzi to use, but it was a short walk from our room which removed some of the convenience of booking a room with a jacuzzi just outside. They also had workers over to do maintenance on the jacuzzi while we were staying in the room and they were using a jackhammer on the jacuzzi on the roof of our room for multiple hours which was incredibly loud and disturbing. We were also woken up the following morning when they returned to work on it. I will say, the staff was extremely apologetic, tried to give us advance notice, and even stopped them working on it one day when we said it was very disturbing, but honestly I think it would have been a better move to not have them working on it while we were staying there and I do think some sort of financial compensation or a comparable or upgraded alternate room should have been offered as it's not a very cheap stay and one of the big perks wasn't available to us, on top of the fact that our stay was pretty disturbed by the frequent noise.

This property is absolutely beautiful and our room was lovely. The room was actually way nicer than I expected, the pool facilities were beautiful, we got breakfast delivered directly to our room every morning, and the hotel is in a nice spot a short walk from the bus station and the center of town. The staff was amazingly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They helped to arrange transportation, booked us a wine tour, and were super kind and apologetic about the scenario described below. I really can't say enough about how wonderful the staff were. I would have given our stay a 10/10 were it not for the incident below.

The reception staff are amazing...the rooms very cool and funky and the pools are wonderfully refreshing. The location is amazing andnthe breakfast that is delivered to your room is good with several selections. We truly enjoyed it!

Very little. There was less privacy than we would normally have been used to but there are options to choose from which do give more privacy.

The uniqueness of the property. The location was perfect for us, slightly away from the chaos but close enough to walk to if and when we wanted. Staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful.
