I cant say “not like” but for information: You need to walk up to hotel 5 min yourself (thats why view is great also). One room has sea view it’s more comfortable day time.

Staff was the best i’ve ever seen. View was great. And i liked inside of the house too much. Breakfast was good. Outside/Teras is very good to watch view and use bath/jacuzzi.

Good location in Pyrgos mountain village. Great mountain, land, sea and sunset view. Huge terrace with jacuzzi and sunbed. Beautifully decorated house with 2 nice bedroom. Was told house was converted from a wine yard. Very clean. Excellent butler service. Excellent breakfast delivered to room or terrace.

Reaching the suites was challenging due to uphill walk especially after a long day. This was a limiting factor to explore more the island.

Having to leave.

From the moment we arrived in Pyrgos we were made to feel so welcome. The suite was amazing and had the most spectacular views. The suite itself was immaculately clean and the complimentary fruit and wine on arrival were very welcome after a long flight. Genti was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge of the the island and all that it had to offer was extremely helpful. He arranged details for our Catamaran cruise along with restaurant bookings and taxi transfers. He was an absolute star and made our stay in Pyrgos all the more enjoyable. Breakfast was fabulous and was served on our terrace every morning with views across the Caledra. Pyrgos itself is a beautiful village with it's whitewashed buildings, blue domed church, Castle and with an array of fantastic restaurants. You were able to enjoy the sunset without having to navigate your way through the crowds as you would do in Oia and Fira. A special mention too for Nezi who worked tirelessly to make sure we had everything that we needed and that our suite was cleaned to the highest of standards each day. Thank you again for everything. We had the most amazing time!

What a great place to start our 3 week Greek vacation. From our arrival in the Pyrgos Square to escort us to the property, everything was top notch. The daily breakfast was wonderful, Ghenti (sp?) was there to help with all our needs. We loved the location, tucked up in the streets of Pyrgos (no cars) and after visits to Fira and Oia, we couldn't have been happier to be in a more relaxed and quiet part of Santorini. We rented two, two bedroom villas for the family of 8 and had plenty of space, great views and wonderful service. I'd certainly return here on our next visit to Santorini.

I was not aware I had to park so far from the room given the villa is in the castle with no car access. Not an issue, just make sure you don't forget something in the car and have to go back for it. I did and got plenty of exercise.

Best breakfast in all of our accommodations while travelling through Greece - very generous. The villa was incredible but what was really a stand-out was just how helpful the staff were. I can't praise them enough. The location is in the castle so no car access. You need to park at the bottom of the hill and cart luggage to the room but the staff took care of all of that. We were welcomed at reception and given lots of tips on where to go and what to see - very helpful. A car is a must around Santorini

Katerina and her team literally do go above and beyond! We were looked after in a way to reflect this five star experience. Wine on arrival, wine and cake on our anniversary and a wee surprise ice cream delivery on a hot day as we relaxed by our jacuzzi. Great choice in breakfasts too that can be varied every day. Pyrgos is the perfect little town, ideal for couples looking for the quiet life. Lovely restaurants and bars all just a short walk from our gorgeous one bed deluxe suite - well worth the money! The final icing on the cake was their kindness to allow us to have a late check out on our last day. Nothing seemed any bother or trouble - just easy! We will be booking with them without question the next time we come to Santorini .

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to serve from and served fresh in our room/on the patio daily. We even received breakfast packed to go on the morning we had a 6am flight to enjoy at the airport. The location is beautiful and much less crowded/touristy than the other popular towns on the island and is very central to the airport, port, beaches, wineries and historical sites. We were there on orthodox Easter by chance and the hotel helped us enjoy the traditions and also helped with making all of our transfer arrangements and dinner/winery reservations. The staff were very kind and friendly and responsive as well (even after hours when they are not on site).

The property was in a great location, walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants. But the suite was quiet itself! Oia was about 30 mins away via quad and Fira was about 15 minutes away. The suite was stunning. Staff from the hotel met us in the square and carried our bags. They couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay helping us book wine tasting and sailing aswell as our quads. They went above and beyond! We had such a lovely honeymoon and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing trip !

Nothing at all

It was exceptional on every level. Everything about the property is worth appreciating. Property: Excellent outdoor area, perfect size of Hot Tub, extremely beautiful interior decoration and super clean rooms. The overall vibe is super positive. Keep in mind the walk up to the property is steep, but worth it. Staff: Katerina and team do a wonderful job from start to finish. They coordinate everything from pickup from port/airport to giving you advice on what to do on the island and even arrange it. The people are super courteous, lovely to speak with and so warm. Would like to call out Katerina & Kyriakos for being the best hosts. Location: The location is absolutely perfect if you prefer more silence, comfort & less touristy areas. The hotel is almost at the top of the hilly area of Pyrgos. But that’s what makes it special. The view is gorgeous, at night. We’ve stayed in OIA, as well. But prefer this location over it.

Nothing! I wish our stay was longer, it was so unfortunate we had to leave. I loved everything and nothing to fault.

Everything!! Absolutely LOVE this property. Every single aspect from even before we arrived, arrival, breakfast, communication and departing was 10000/10. I want to tell everyone about it but no one at the same time just so it’s available whenever I want to go back! Absolutely phenomenal. I arranged this for a wedding my friends and I were attending and everyone was blown away by the quality and features of this suite, the attention to detail from the quality of straighteners to the cute gifts throughout our stay, everything you needed plus more was here! I’m in such awe and a special shout-out to our host, he was amazing and was so attentive, kind and patient. Do not second guess this place, there are so many shops in close proximity, it’s hidden in a private yet easy to get to location and it’s amazing value for money. They even accommodated our late flight departing Santorini with a hospitality suite which helped so much. I will definitely be back!

The team were wonderful, the facilities pristine and the whole experience was amazing. Everything was perfect!

Absolutely beautiful property! Kyriakos was a great host and very helpful. Pirgos is a really lovely hilltop town, a few less tourists than other towns on Santorini but still a great selection of restaurants. Breakfast was a real treat taken every morning on the terrace with a big view of the ocean.

Location is a little bit far from some of the more popular areas, so you'll need to pay for a taxi every day if you plan on visiting.

Very attentive staff, incredible views and facilities. Amazing underrated location away from the tourist areas and nearby restaurants are the best in Santorini.
