The location is superb! We had a room with a sea view. We didn’t choose the breakfast option because we wanted to sleep in 😊. However, we got coffee from the bar and some tequila shots. They also have a small private beach and a green area with sun loungers where you can relax all day. You’re close to terraces where you can enjoy good food. The hotel has its own video-monitored parking (200 meters away), and the hosts are super friendly. We will definitely come back!

The king sized bed was from two separate mattresses and the bathroom was a bit to small.

Room was nice with a small terrace. Staff were really welcoming and always there when you need something. Location was really nice. You have everything near you, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches…

The breakfast…it was unreal !!! SAME SUPERMARKET PRODUCTS EVERY DAY !!! 7 days… until sickness!!! No fruits… No vegetables… (tomatoes??) No olives…??? Greek hospitality at another level !!!

We loved everything about the hotel and would love to be back some day.

This family-run hotel provides excellent value for the money with its fantastic location, gorgeous view from sea-facing rooms, immediate access to the sea, clean and comfortable facilities, and great service overall. All my family members (my mom aged 70+, my teenage daughter, my husband and myself) equally enjoyed our stay. Mom loved the view, safety of the sea protected by offshore islands, and morning breakfast served downstairs with the sea view. Rest of us loved all the same plus easy access to kayak rentals and all sorts of restaurants/bars/tavernas in the area. Overall, we had awesome time during our week-long stay, and we are very thankful to the owners for providing great service and hospitality in this beautiful location!

I was happy with everything to be honest, good value for the location on the beach. The owners could charge more if the rooms were modernised. There could also be an opportunity to make the ground floor rooms directly accessible to the beach, which would be great.

missing mosquito net on the balcony doors, TV too small (less than 32"). just a few slices of salami and cheese for breakfast, the rest was jams and a boiled egg.

The only missing thing is the mosquito nets on the windows because Sithonia has a lot of mosquitoes, so you need to close the windows in order to avoid getting them into the room.

Everything was perfect. The room we got was the same as the one on the photos, everything worked well. We had breakfast too, it was fresh and totally worth for the price. They also make a great frappe! The staff is super nice and helpful. We had a parking spot guaranteed at all times. There is also a sweet small beach in the back, perfect for a quick swim 🌊

The building and fixtures are getting old. It definitely needs renovation. A little more care to make it feel more homey.

The breakfast was of good quantity and served on the table on a nice veranda. The breakfast staff was very polite. We liked the piano practice of the manager, it was very relaxing to hear. The sea-view from the room and the sitting area situated next to the sea. The sunset towards the mountains gave beautiful colours in the calm sea. Calm environment.

I don't have enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel , created with so much love. Hosts are very very friendly and polite and they have thought about every comfort aspect. One of the most beautiful place we've visited. Thank you for the great memories! We'll be back for sure!!!

We didn't like the shower, the cold water pressure was very weak and almost we didn't have any cold water only very very hot
