It’s was unbelievable experience and one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Greece Everything was wonderful, the view is amazing, the staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist and I would like to thank costa and Petro from the restaurant in particular they are amazing we will definitely come back soon 🙏🏻

I ran out of days.

The staff, Tina, Dimitris, Costa, George, Yanna. All of the going them extra mile everyday. I missed some names but you wont go wrong with this hotel. I hope to be back some day.

The internet was weak

Ir would have been nice if there was free tea and coffee in your room instead of 1 of the pods.

Room was great, very clean and warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the guys who were working at breakfast, talking of which the breakfast was plentiful. Views were fantastic. The free shuttle bus we found very useful and always on time.

I think a pool menu with more snack options would be better than just the restaurant menu for dinner. I think it would be nice if the shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to Fira also went to Oia. Perhaps it does in the busier season.

The hotel facilities were of excellent standard and very clean. The staff were more than accommodating and friendly everyday. We really liked that it was not it Fira and Oia as we like to walk and explore. The hotel room was comfortable and clean but it would have been nice to have additional drapes to the windows as the blinds are quite thin. We liked the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Unfortunately all hotels have many steps and that was a problem for me and my wife as we are both in our 70's and have knee problems.U

The nature of the Hotel structure prevents their being a lift in situ hence there is a need for individual personal mobility although the Hotel do make the absence of a lift clear in their literature. The absence of a lift is more than made up for in the stunning design of the Hotel but overall this is an important factor when choosing your location

The Hotel has exceptional views over the Volcano and the sunset can be excellent. The Breakfast staff were always friendly and provided a great start to your day accompanied by a variety of options for your choice in food and drink. Our room was kept spotless and overall the Hotel was always kept in a similar manner. The free shuttle bus is very helpful for going back and forth to town.

The head bar man ripping into one of the younger staff members in front of everyone at the pool. Definitely not called for and not professional.

Most of the staff were exceptional especially the waiting staff and porters that helped with the bags.
