Very relaxed stay. Everything easy from the pick up from the airport, through picking up the hire car, checking in, booking a catamaran excursion to return to airport. Rooms and area are spotless and Thanos and Alexandra really pleasant and helpful. As there were just the two of us we had a smaller room which was well equipped. Breakfast was an added bonus and was great quality and varied. Pool area was spotless and as many guests travelled out daily we often had it to ourselves. Good bars and eateries around and favourites were Dorians, Ntomaki and Volcano.

The free transfers from the airport and to the ferry, the car included with the hotel rental, quiet and beautiful location, great breakfast delivered to the apartment every morning by friendly staff.

This is a great place to. Situated about 5 minutes walk from the main road, it was nice and quiet. The accommodation is well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and enjoy a comfortable stay. The staff did everything they needed to, to help us enjoy ourselves . They were super helpful. The pool is a nice size and kept very clean. Our villa came with car hire included and sorting this out was very straightforward. The transfer from the ferry on our arrival and to the airport was efficient and friendly. An ideal place to base ourselves to explore Santorini.

We book this property because of free car rental but all free cars were manual, We asked to change it with automatic but they reject. I know that everithing has its own price but we were not so high tourist period and thay can change it.

Great friendly staff amazing service nothing was a problem, from the minute we landed picked up from the airport collected room key and car was seemless, had an early flight home staff got up early to make our breakfast, room was cleaned every day, great location if I ever come back and wouldn't book anywhere else

no complaints about the property, however the car rental, I had an issue. David from the company originally charged my account €900.00 for car rental & insurance with an understanding to credit 2 business day, ( I paid him €60 cash for the coverage usage of the car) however until today May 16, it is still outstanding in my credit card statement. I ask for your help for this issue to be resolve. If you need proof of this transaction I can send the copy that was signed by the air B&B company. Thanks.

We noticed the shower water temperature would vary widely without warning occasionally. We also would have preferred to pay for our two airport transfer fees upon check-in as it was difficult to find a time to meet up with the car rental staff on our last night. However, they were very accommodating in sending someone with a point of sale machine to our unit to complete the payment. On the morning of our departure, the driver did not know we had already payed and there was some confusion. Since we had our payment receipt from the night before, we did not need to pay twice. In the future, clearer communication is needed to avoid such situations. In the end, it all worked out, and we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the attentive staff who went above and beyond to help us have a pleasant stay. Alexandra and her assistant were very kind and accommodating in providing (a very delicious) breakfast every day (and even early when necessary to accomodate our schedule) and helping us with the laundry machine. The rooms were lovely and the terrace and pool were clean and very welcoming and picturesque. The ideal place for relaxation! We loved the location of the villa. Santorini has many attractions to see, and we were only a few minutes from the Black Beach and the trailhead to Ancient Thira and the Profit Ilias Monastery begins very close to the villa. The free rental car allowed us to explore Akrotiri, Fira, and Oia as well. For a group of travelers hoping for a quiet vacation to enjoy the natural sights of Santorini, this villa was a great choice. We would stay here again.

Only thing we found a little confusing was who was the main person to coordinate with should we need anything but everyone we approached from the staff was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all our questions.

Lovely place in so many ways - it’s in a quiet location but not far from the beach in Perissa, also close to the hiking trail to Ancient Thera and viewpoint. The room had everything - comfy bed, balcony to enjoy bfast in the sun, little kitchen with dining area, and breakfast was delicious - different selection of food every day. Transfers from/to airport and car rental included were a big bonus and made our stay hassle free.

it would have been nice to have an info booklet in the room, with any instructions about pool usage or other facilities available as we couldn’t find a reception and the staff were in and out over the day. So just a little document with some recommendations etc. would have made it even better. but seriously other than that. no complaints from us!

Breakfast was brought to the room every morning and was pretty good. We were upgraded to a bigger room because the room we booked was needed for a smaller group which we were ok with. They provided shuttle to and from the airport and the rental car came in very handy.

The including car rental was amazing, it was very useful, totally worth it. We visited the whole island with it. The black sand beach is the best on the island it is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The breakfast was different every morning, it was fresh and delicious every time (maybe not enough for 4 men). The market is also close.

All good - had expected to have the hire car for all of the final day - but actually it did not matter as we could easily go to the beach and the hotel gave us a lift to the airport.

Great small hotel Location is excellent - 10 minute walk from the beach, in a quiet location. Pool is lovely with all the apartments set round it. breakfast served in your room, varied and delicious. Apartment a good size with everything we needed. Hire car very useful. Most of all - all the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you

The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It made a lot of noise when you were turning from side to side.

The staff were great. Shanice was a big help. Her advices got us round the island, and to the best restaurants. Kristiana made sure everything was clean and got to bring us breakfast everyday. And the latter was delicious. We liked the location. 10 mins from the beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We loved the fact that the reservation included a car.

Lack of basic fixtures and fittings ie No bedside lamps, no waste bin in either bedrooms, no drawers for storage, no ac in second bedroom, no mirror in 2nd bedroom, no hooks on bedroom/bathroom doors Fixtures and fittings tired looking, kitchen tops very stained and yellow looking. Towels tired looking. Finally the bird droppings we had to encounter every day were disgusting … even worse when eating break fast. Also curtain across terrace covered with droppings. Obviously this is an on going problem with property no1 yet you have done nothing to deter the birds - totally unacceptable!

All staff encountered very helpful and friendly. Property cleaned every day. Good size fridge freezer which seemed relatively new.

One of the staff Alexandra was rude, cctv was installed in front of our door to check on guests, the rental car was in really poor condition, tv never works no channels were connected, bed was noise

Power cut for a few hours (to entire village, not hosts fault) WiFi not working for 3 days (due to storm, eventually fixed) Blocked drain (fixed on day we reported it) Loose tiles in pool Tired and dated furniture in apartment, although it was very clean.
