Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Super friendly and very efficient airport collection and hire car. Air conditioning worked really well. Pool area very relaxed. Breakfast was lovely. Absolutely nothing to not like. We had a really lovely stay.

Initially, we stayed in an apartment that accommodated all of us, but we were changed to a larger one on the 2nd day. In this first one, we had problems with shocks in sockets and the kitchen tap, which left us worried. In the second apartment, this did not happen, but the hairdryer did not work and neither did the hood. The dryer was replaced by the team, but the hood still didn't work. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the beach, but at night the surroundings were very dark, so it was difficult to get around on foot.

The team was super helpful from the beginning, responding quickly via WhatsApp and also helping us in person (housekeepers). The living area with pool was great. The apartment is well equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms and a good kitchen. The breakfast was always excellent and very complete, being delivered to us around 9 am every day. We were moved, for free, to a larger apartment on the 2nd day, which accommodated us better and made our stay more comfortable.

The hotel housekeeper, Mrs. Ola, was extremely friendly, making us feel like family. The hotel is suitable for families with children. The scenery is wonderful and picturesque. Will come again next year. A plus for the hotel is the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. And a free car is provided for each family. It is very convenient for exploring the island.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Birds Villa Apartments, and I can't recommend this place highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and tranquility of the location. The apartment itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. One of the standout features of this property is the stunning swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Greek sunshine.  The value for money here is truly unparalleled. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and offered all the amenities you could wish for. Great car hire service, which made exploring the island incredibly convenient. Our car was modern and in excellent condition, making our daily excursions a breeze. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host and staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with invaluable local tips and always being available for any questions or assistance.  Birds Villa Apartments apartment exceeded all our expectations. With its perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and affordability, coupled with the outstanding service from the staff, it made our trip unforgettable. Definitely recommend and definitely returning!

Nothing not to like. Met all our expectations.

Very relaxed stay. Everything easy from the pick up from the airport, through picking up the hire car, checking in, booking a catamaran excursion to return to airport. Rooms and area are spotless and Thanos and Alexandra really pleasant and helpful. As there were just the two of us we had a smaller room which was well equipped. Breakfast was an added bonus and was great quality and varied. Pool area was spotless and as many guests travelled out daily we often had it to ourselves. Good bars and eateries around and favourites were Dorians, Ntomaki and Volcano.

This is a great place to. Situated about 5 minutes walk from the main road, it was nice and quiet. The accommodation is well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and enjoy a comfortable stay. The staff did everything they needed to, to help us enjoy ourselves . They were super helpful. The pool is a nice size and kept very clean. Our villa came with car hire included and sorting this out was very straightforward. The transfer from the ferry on our arrival and to the airport was efficient and friendly. An ideal place to base ourselves to explore Santorini.

We like it that the property is outside Fira, the crowded center, but close to the black beach with so many restaurants, bars and shops. We loved the swimming pool as well that after a hot stroll outside we can dip in. We also liked it that we included the car rental because we were able to go around the island and see the different beautiful places of the island.

no complaints about the property, however the car rental, I had an issue. David from the company originally charged my account €900.00 for car rental & insurance with an understanding to credit 2 business day, ( I paid him €60 cash for the coverage usage of the car) however until today May 16, it is still outstanding in my credit card statement. I ask for your help for this issue to be resolve. If you need proof of this transaction I can send the copy that was signed by the air B&B company. Thanks.

We noticed the shower water temperature would vary widely without warning occasionally. We also would have preferred to pay for our two airport transfer fees upon check-in as it was difficult to find a time to meet up with the car rental staff on our last night. However, they were very accommodating in sending someone with a point of sale machine to our unit to complete the payment. On the morning of our departure, the driver did not know we had already payed and there was some confusion. Since we had our payment receipt from the night before, we did not need to pay twice. In the future, clearer communication is needed to avoid such situations. In the end, it all worked out, and we definitely enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the attentive staff who went above and beyond to help us have a pleasant stay. Alexandra and her assistant were very kind and accommodating in providing (a very delicious) breakfast every day (and even early when necessary to accomodate our schedule) and helping us with the laundry machine. The rooms were lovely and the terrace and pool were clean and very welcoming and picturesque. The ideal place for relaxation! We loved the location of the villa. Santorini has many attractions to see, and we were only a few minutes from the Black Beach and the trailhead to Ancient Thira and the Profit Ilias Monastery begins very close to the villa. The free rental car allowed us to explore Akrotiri, Fira, and Oia as well. For a group of travelers hoping for a quiet vacation to enjoy the natural sights of Santorini, this villa was a great choice. We would stay here again.

Only thing we found a little confusing was who was the main person to coordinate with should we need anything but everyone we approached from the staff was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all our questions.

Lovely place in so many ways - it’s in a quiet location but not far from the beach in Perissa, also close to the hiking trail to Ancient Thera and viewpoint. The room had everything - comfy bed, balcony to enjoy bfast in the sun, little kitchen with dining area, and breakfast was delicious - different selection of food every day. Transfers from/to airport and car rental included were a big bonus and made our stay hassle free.

it would have been nice to have an info booklet in the room, with any instructions about pool usage or other facilities available as we couldn’t find a reception and the staff were in and out over the day. So just a little document with some recommendations etc. would have made it even better. but seriously other than that. no complaints from us!

The including car rental was amazing, it was very useful, totally worth it. We visited the whole island with it. The black sand beach is the best on the island it is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The breakfast was different every morning, it was fresh and delicious every time (maybe not enough for 4 men). The market is also close.

All good - had expected to have the hire car for all of the final day - but actually it did not matter as we could easily go to the beach and the hotel gave us a lift to the airport.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed. It made a lot of noise when you were turning from side to side.

The staff were great. Shanice was a big help. Her advices got us round the island, and to the best restaurants. Kristiana made sure everything was clean and got to bring us breakfast everyday. And the latter was delicious. We liked the location. 10 mins from the beach. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We loved the fact that the reservation included a car.
