We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything, I never love so much a hotel like this one. Is running by family and you feel the love. Maria and Popy are always the to help. You need anything they do what they can to make it happen. Need transportation they have it. I recommend to anyone.

PolandFrom the moment you arrive it's cleat that Villa Manos is a family-run business. The owners greet you with warmth and hospitality, making you feel like part of their family. They offer help with transport arrangements, whether it’s getting to the airport, port, or anywhere else on the island. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the charming town of Fira and is also relativelly close to the airport. The on-site café bar serves a delicious variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, and their cocktails, especially those made with local fruits, are a must-try!

A warm welcome, with airport pickup. Aircon in bedroom, very clean and comfortable, great shower. Lovely pool with nice restaurant and a lovely patio for outdoor dining. Maria, one of the reception staff, was super friendly and helpful, and they can organise trips and taxis, and give lots of Santorini info. Close to airport. A little gem of a place.

United KingdomIt is a ten minute walk to the main street of Karterados, with no pavement, but the hotel is much nicer than those in that area so it is worth the walk.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was very simple to arrange transfers to and from the hotel. The onsite facilities were fantastic, including a pool, bar and restaurant, and the room was very stylish and comfortable. It is well connected by bus and the view from the restaurant is very good. The hotel was also very good value.

NigeriaNothing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more really. The host was super accommodating and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I had my room upgraded to one with a stunning view and a balcony with no extra charges just because I expressed in passing that I would’ve preferred to have a room with a view. The entire team were lovely and super supportive with navigating our way around and just making sure the stay was enjoyable.
The serenity of the hotel was beyond. Access to swimming pool and a warm tub. The meals were good, particularly loved the breakfast options + there was always a treat on the house. The host was nice enough to give us a parting gift. I sure will be staying at Villa Manos when next I visit Santorini.

DenmarkThe only downside to our stay was the absence of hand soap in the room, which was a bit surprising. It would have been more convenient to have that provided, but other than that, everything else was wonderful and small inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay.
The property was a wonderful retreat, located just outside of Fira, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the bustling crowds. The tranquility of the location made it the perfect spot to unwind while still being close enough to enjoy the town when desired. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. What truly stood out were the people working there—they were incredibly sweet, heartwarming, and kind, always going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. It was a memorable experience that we both cherished.
