Couldn’t fault a thing with our stay! Villa was spacious and suited us perfectly whilst we were there! The pool was amazing and was a huge highlight! The garden is well kept and location meant it was always peaceful! Nikolas the host was amazing and was always happy to help. He collected us and dropped us at the port when we arrived and left which was very thoughtful and he gave the most amazing recommendations of beaches and restaurants! Would definitely recommend and return here!

There was nothing I did not like!

Property was charming, with an immaculate pool and a gorgeous sea view. There was nice patio to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast while taking in the view. The town was a short 15 minute walk to town and very safe at night too. Nikolas, the property host was very accommodating, met us at the ferry port. He took the time to give us many beach and restaurant recommendations. He was great to work with. I was quite impressed with our stay and would definitely come back!!

The fact that I didn’t book for longer!!!

This villa was outstanding. The suite we had in the villa was just delightful. It was spacious, clean and allowed for us to truly enjoy our stay. The view from the balcony to the sea and to the mountains was just breathtaking. The pool was the best on our trip and the tranquility of the property itself was delightful. Our host Nikolas was my sons favourite experience on PAROS and to be honest he was just one of the kindest, humble and generous humans you could encounter. Our housekeeper was also a gem. This place is a hidden gem and we will be back for sure.

Nothing. Everything was amazing!!

Great apartment with good location near Parikia (15 min walking). The house had all the commodities necessary to cook and enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Also there was a cleaning service available daily and the host was very thoughtful. He gave us the best tips to visit the island and helped us with transfer to the port. Thank you, Nikolas, for your kindness. Absolutely recommend everyone to stay here if you go to Paros!

No complaints, everything was perfect

Pool was amazing, villa was fantastic with a great barbecue. Location was good (~15 mins walk from the port). Nikolas was a fantastic host who gave out alot of recommendations across the island. Perfect for a getaway with friend or a family escape. Cleaner came everyday at a time you choose to clean the place and supply us with fresh towels. 10/10

Nothing, it was a great stay.

Nikolas was a great host. Picked us up from the airport and dropped us off in Parikia to get our rental car. Sat down with us and a map to make a number of recommendations, and all the ones we tried were excellent. The apartment was spacious and nicely appointed. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, and comfortable beds. Would gladly stay here again.

Everything was perfect, we needed longer here. Nothing

Nicolas is the perfect host! We LOVED staying here, the villa was amazing, it had a beautiful outlook over the pool and lovely green grass for our kids to play on. There are only two rented villas with the owners living above - very quiet, peaceful, super clean and came with daily housekeeping! So appreciated! The hosts collected us from the ferry terminal in 2 cars (we had 3 adults, 2 kids and lots of luggage) which was so helpful. Nicolas gave us lots of good advice and helped us rent a car. We had the best 5 nights relaxing and exploring the island by car - sensational beaches, cafes, restaurants and it was so easy to get around. We liked that the villa was out of town, felt a bit more peaceful as we noticed town got busy. It's walkable to town and I went for a jog around the area - feels like a perfect escape from stress. Paros really is the best island for chilling especially for families and low-key holidays. It wasn't as expensive or loud as other islands. We were able to use the pool (21 degrees in May) and swim in the beach (19 degrees) as the weather was hot (up to 25 degrees). We would definitely stay longer next time, we felt like we could have done with a few extra nights so we didn't have to rush back to Athens on a ferry! The ferry was the only way to get to the island in May, but next time we would fly to Mykonos or direct, if flights were available. For bedding, there are two sofa beds in the lounge so we were able to use these and fit 3 adults, 2 young kids easily with a cot. This meant we could stay here even though it's technically only a one bedroom villa it felt really spacious.

Small problem with ants, but host was quick to address.

Amazing location, spacious apartment! Really clean and well maintained, with daily turn-down service. About 20 mins walk from the port and all local attractions with good access to amenities. Host, Nikolas, was very friendly and knowledge giving a huge amount of recommendations and anything we needed.

Everything was great

The place was perfect for our family holidays. We were with a 4 and 6 yeras old Kids and we felt at home. Nicholas was very kind and help as with recommendations of the islands and car rental. He picked us up in the port the first day. The house is well localed to visit the island, the apartament was confortable, clean and fully equiped. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden. We really recommend the place.

we loved everything

We loved everything. Great pool, with nice temperature in June, comfy pool chairs. The view from terrace is amazing, the property has a biggest and most beautiful garden, we loved sit on terrace and just gaze. Nikolas was the best host we have ever had. He did everything to make us feel great. He picked us up at 10:40 pm at the port, next day helped with car rental, then last day gave us a ride to rental place to return the car and then to Port of Punda. He shared the tips to get around the island. Back to the house, extra clean, very comfortable sofa. We will definable come back. washing machine is great bonus.

The villa itself was amazing, the pool and facilities just perfect. The daily clean was also very appreciate to maintain high standard for the whole stay. Nico the owner is been such a great help from day 0, always available day to day for any tips or advice we needed. He came to pick us up from the port, and then few hours later he offered to give us a lift to pick up the car from the airport. He even came back the day after to explain everything in details about the island with restaurant, beaches and sightseeing tips on the map. Just perfect.

The place is beautiful. it is located just 5 minutes motorbike from the port of Paroikia. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The cleaning is perfect every day. And last but not least, the host Nikolas is just perfect. Helpful, reachable and full of fantastic tips. Thanks to him we managed to see wonderful places in the island that you cannot find just browsing in internet.

Great Villa which had everything we needed, was very clean (daily cleaning) and spacious, located in a calm quiet area near Parikia center (walking distance). The host was amazing and really went above and beyond to make our stay in Paros perfect. Helped us with recommendations, reservations, activities and anything else. Really a 11/10!
