-The hotel is on what seems to be a small street but it’s a surprisingly busy one, and the sound of the street gets into the room pretty easily. Light sleepers beware: you’re likely to be woken up once or twice between 12-4 AM by honking or cars passing by playing loud music. -The location is good but not great; it’s close enough to the main part of Thira that it would make no sense to call a taxi or rent a car, but it’s also a good 20-30 minute walk with considerable elevation. If you’re not in good shape, this is probably not the hotel to book.

-The hotel had a very homey feel -The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating -Shuttles upon arrival and upon leaving were totally organized by the hotel and cost a good deal less than if we had called on our own -The quality/price ratio was very good. Room had everything you could need and was in decent shape

Couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi but I’m sure they would have fixed this. Wasn’t in enough to require it.

Comfortable room with a balcony with a great view. Great shower. 15mins walk from the bus station and was provided with a map for getting into town which was helpful as lots of windy little pathways.

My friend complained about her bed but mine was fine. There was a weird clanking sound in the night but didn’t disturb us much. Don't forget to bring your own shower gel and shampoo

It was located away from town but not too difficult to walk to. Only 10-15mins walk depending where you which part to town you wanna go to. Simple and sweet. It’s got all you need unless you’re looking for a pool or spa

The occasional loud noise from outside motorbike or cockerel and no option of duvet, just had a blanket on top of the bed which could get a bit cold. The wifi is unpredictable after 10pm for signal. There's a kettle with no teabags in room.

The room was so clean an tidy and smelt amazing as I walked in. Staff are very attentive and its got nice green space. It's easy to find if you get a bit lost (as 02 signal in this area I found poor for google maps) Shower and bathroom with hairdryer provided is good too.

It is a nice family room property. The price it is reasonable and not crazy as most of the island. Located between walking distance from Fira or to Firostefani (10-15min top)

There are too much transit on the street and it is a bit noisy.

The location is 10 min walking to the center of Fira. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The exact location differs from the ad (it led you to think it's right across the main bus station), but we managed to get there without any further issues.

Everything was good and the hosts were very welcoming. Facilities were well maintained. On one of the evenings, we knocked at the reception to ask for an extra pillow and the family member available at the moment (an elder man) did his best to communicate with us and to provide it.

The only thing is the rooms face a road where scooters and quad bikes are always racing up, which made it quite noisey. But it was fine with the windows closed and later at night there’s no traffic anyways.

Great budget travellers option for Santorini - just a little walk down from the centre of Fira. The room had everything we needed and even had a view of the ocean down towards the east side of the island

Very noisy, even on Sunday morning where you expect to sleep a bit more the other people there are making noise. The bathroom had a bad smell that came into the room. Soap was bad, no shower gel or shampoo.

Staff super friendly. They give you a map and show you places of interest and how to get there. It’s 15 min walking from the city center. The room had some kitchen equipment. The ac worked very well.

The toilet is a bit small but it was nothing bad for the stay. Also the bed is more for a couple than two independent people.

The location was amazing. The hosting people were very kind and helpful. It is a good place to stay at if you are going to Santorini on a budget.

Beds were a little bit hard & sometimes there was no hot water although when we mentioned this to the owner the problem was solved and we had hot water within a few minutes.

We were greeted with some tomatokeftedes upon check in. The owner was very friendly and provided us with a map of the area. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the sea for sunrise. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the centre.
