The second room did not have any door to be private with the other bedroom. With one bathroom shared the people in the smaller bedroom have to walk past the bed in the open concept bedroom.

Close to everything in Oia. A bit of a climb down to the property but our Vasilis helped carry our bags down and up when we left. Property shows as the photos. The sunset was beautiful but is not seen at the property during October when we were there. To see it set you must be closer to the end of Oia and can best be seen above Amoudi Bay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa520 so much!! The owner was very responsive and helpful leading up to our trip. She even helped us book transportation to and from the ferry. Our concierge, Vasilis, was also wonderful. He had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He made our stay easy and smooth. Finally, the location of the villa is unmatched! Right in the heart of Oia. Beautiful view of the water and easy to walk to tons of fantastic restaurants. Would go back in a heartbeat.

It is easy for any traveler to look at the photos provided and know that you are about to stay at a stunning villa in Oía. What you can't see before you arrive is the EXCEPTIONAL service that will be given to your by Vasilis, the property conceirge. When they ask you in advance to arrange a transfer or anything else, take them up on the offer. Vasilis will make sure your Santorini experience is the best it can be. He greets you with a warm smile and a generous, hospitable attitude and he goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you might need. It was our friends birthday and fulfilled my advance request to have flowers and a cake upon arrival. 😃 We enjoyed that cake everyday for the entire trip by the way. Every restaurant he recommended was top notch and offered the best food and the best service on the island. When we chose our own spots we noticed a difference. Vasilis kept our party of 6 with various personalities comfortable and cared for. The cleaning staff was also exceptional. You can follow the photos, because even the beautiful ones can't truly show you the beauty of staying in Villa Santorini 520, or you can follow our advice that a beautiful villa alone does not make a great vacation. The people are what make you feel welcome and cared for. Thank you to Vasilis for truly knowing how to host international travelers. It is the combination of his personality and service along with the beauty and cleanliness of Villa 520 that makes this the perfect place to call home, away from the crowds on Santorini. 🙌 Thank you Vasilis!

Well , it’s the caldera along the slope so couldn’t do much about the steps one has to take . But perhaps they could put something to grab unto while walking thru the steps would be nice .

The location is just perfect . Vasilis, our host, was exceptional, he made sure our stay was comfortable. You go up and shopping along Oia is right there . Have your own oasis and privacy as you enter the property. Soak yourself with the amazing views of the caldera. Can’t see the sunset but a short walk towards Fanari restaurant for sunset dining was simply divine . Highly recommend private dining in the deck . You could not go wrong in this property. We totally had a great time here while in Santorini.

It was in the most perfect location in Oia, the villa is secluded but right in the middle of everything. We felt welcome the minute we arrived and left. It made our entire holiday hanging out here when we weren’t travelling around the island

The property was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Our host, Vassilis, was wonderful! He made everything a breeze, from helping get our luggage up/down the steps, to making sure we made our connections and helping when our transfer went to the wrong place. The villa itself had the most gorgeous view, and the heated pool was a plus! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and we were pleased that we got daily housekeeping, beds made and fresh towels. Highly recommended if you stay in Oia. Right in the heart of all of the wonderful shopping and extraordinary views of the caldera!

This is a fantastic villa in a fantastic location with a fantastic view! Oia is pretty busy (for good reason as it is beautiful), but this is just a haven all to yourselves. We could have spent all day every day in that pool looking at the caldera view. Vasilis was very warm and welcoming too. A lovely spot.

All that view is not cheap. but worth it!

Exceptional location in Oia, central to everything and the view is breathtaking, especially from the pool. Our concierge was very helpful and attentive the entire stay. I would stay here again.

The pool, as others have said, is bigger than the pictures make you believe. Plenty of space abounds at this villa, and the location is perfect

It was all great. There was a blip with the WiFi when we were there but this was to do with the provider, so hopefully won’t happen again.

I have no doubt that in 40 years time my children will still be asking each other “Do you remember that place we stayed in Santorini?”. It was that good. When it’s hot in Santorini what you really want is somewhere comfortable to sit and admire the iconic view. You need a pool in the right spot. And ideally a private pool. This is that pool. Not a pool you can do lengths in but one that the whole family can enjoy together. We loved it, and sat for many hours enjoying the beautiful volcano view. The suites were lovely too - appropriately cave-like (which is what you want in Santorini) but bigger than most places that have a similar view. Vasilis, our host, was fabulous. He arranged trips to the wonderful Argyros winery and the black beach (where you can lie on luxurious Arabian Night style sunbeds and be pampered). All amazing!

Villa Santorini 520 is incredible. There is no better view in Santorini. People stop above the villa to take photos of the sunset and you get to experience it right from your enormous terrace and pool. We were going to go exploring one day, but decided to just stay on the terrace and enjoy our view instead. The Villa itself is very beautiful and consists of three separate rooms - one with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, one with a bedroom + sleeper sofa and a bathroom, and the last with a kitchen, all connected by the terrace and was perfect for our group of 8 adults. It’s in the perfect area of town - it’s quiet, but you are still steps away from bars, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Our host, Vasilis, made sure our stay was perfect and was there for all of our needs, including arranging tours, transportation and a private chef. If we go back to Santorini, there is no other place I would stay!

The room with the 2 bedroom had some problem with WC ventilation. Smell was not okay, which is a big deal for us. We went in 2 groups so if you are coming from other hotel make sure to inform them as we had to drag big luggages from the castle to the meeting place without help. We were offered a porter to meet us halfway but i didn't see the point as the stairs going up was already done and its all flat to the meeting point to the room. Pool was not as heated as the pool i've already tried in santorini. Would have been a better experience if it was heated more.

It's my 3rd time in santorini and we loved how big the space was. The complimentary breakfast was great and unexpected. Mary was responsive. Was a good host as she really tried to answer every question.
