It was all great, although on check out we were asked to pay the tourist tax in cash (it is not that much per person) which upon looking at our booking.com reservation later, we had already paid. I didn't worry about it though as after being so nice to us with the room for our son and everything, we just let it go as an honest error. I would definitely recommend the property.

Everyone was lovely and they even let our son stay in a free room for a couple of nights, which he thought was amazing (he is 16). Our view was great and the hot tub appreciated. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, breakfasts were good and the location was perfect. There was even a heated blanket which we really appreciated for the chilly nights. Lovely stay, thank you!

I can not recommend this place enough, really accommodating for us and our 4 year old son. views were out of this world. Service from the staff was fantastic and for a extra discounted charge you can order for and cocktails to your room. What more could you ask for? Brilliant spot

There is nothing at all about the Hotel Villa Renos that I didn't like. There are steps down to the hotel which might be difficult for those with less mobility, but steps are part of life in Santorini.

The breakfast at the Villa Renos was exceptional, like a full meal with several courses! Delicious homemade "starters" like potato omelette or spinach and feta in filo pastry - all home-made. (We were given a different starter every day.) There was also fresh fruit (with yogurt and honey if desired), toast and preserves, fresh orange juice, chocolate marble cake and to crown it all, a little dessert to finish. All graciously presented in a lovely little breakfast room. I have never had a hotel breakfast like it before. Wonderful. The room I had was simply and beautifully decorated and led onto a balcony which had those outstanding views over the caldera that everyone dreams of looking onto. Last but not least, the hotel's owner, Vassilis, and his staff were at all times helpful and friendly. Vassilis was always ready to provide information about places to see or restaurants on the island and was very attentive to the comfort and needs of his guests.

It’s a wonderful place to stay in Tira! location is perfect and the views are amazing!!! though it was not my first trip to Greece, it’s was for the first time when I saw such a beautiful sunsets! very very helpful staff, each guest gets everything and you fill like staying at your best friends:) thank you!!!!

This room was the perfect spot to have a good view of the whole island. I enjoyed the night view from the balcony to the ocean and to the Oia. So many shops are nearby and it is very close to the bus stop. The employees were so friendly and helpful. We did not face any problems.

Hotel was in a great location (easy to walk to all the best restaurants and shops in Fira). The rooms where very comfortable, clean and sported a cave like shower. They also had a lovely breakfast.

A beautiful boutique hotel with the most amazing views of the full caldera sunset every day. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind and made the most delicious breakfast every day. The room was very clean and comfortable. we will definitely be returning!

It was a shared pool for my room, so I would choose another room maybe next time.

I had a lovely stay at hotel Renos. Starting from the wonderful service, excellent cook, welcoming owner. The breakfast was awesome, the location is also perfect. The room was very clean with all needed facilities, comfortable and nice interior design. Room service was also available, reception is always open and to you. The view is stunning. You have the sunset view from your apartment:)
