Whenever we would shower the whole bathroom would get wet, because the shower only had a curtain that didn’t reach the ground all the way.

The property was perfect for a couple of days, it had all the basic things to sleep and shower. I really liked the common areas, such as the pool and tables that were outside, it seemed like it was mostly for young people. The customer service was great, they picked us up from the port and explained everything we needed to know about the area. Keep in mind there is a 15 min walk to the center of Thira, this walks includes ramps, it wasn’t an issue for us but maybe it will be for someone else.

The bedroom was a little precarious as it was in a mezzanine with no handrail on the steps .

The towels were pretty stiff, which would be the only thing we didn't like.

The views from our apartment were really beautiful. The receptionist, Dimitra, was also extremely welpful when it came to questions and recommending activities to do, which we were very happy about! Our room also had quite a big balcony! The place is also at a 15 minute walk from the center of Fira, which was very comfortable.

High volume of mostly unnecessary messages from the hotel.. Someone banged on my door 7 minutes before check out time to remind me that it was check out time. Irritating, intrusive and unnecessary.

It’s very close to a road, not a very busy one, but if you don’t have the air con going you might hear a bit of noise.

Very clean room with good air con, beds were comfortable, lovely lady on reception who was so helpful, pool is small but great to cool off, not far to walk into town.

the mattress was hard to sleep and the shower small but I think worth the price . swimming pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it . probably out of season most of the tourist are gone now .

The staff was very nice especially John at reception he was very kind and helpful and the location .15 mins from main tourist spots and the buses central . also restaurants and bars very local and diversity of choice .

The TV was about 19 inches, there was no iron or ironing board shower/bathroom was a little dated and the door lock was broken and they didn't give us extra towels when we asked

The room was very small and space was tight. It was a one way street, so allow for this when driving to the property.

A small, high, east-facing window let in bright sun at 6:15 AM. It could not be blocked.
