Quiet area, close to the sea and the center of Kamari. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy, in perfect Santorini's Style. Every day a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and coffee. Margherita and her husband are awesome hosts. With amazing kindness, cordiality and availability, they made us feel at home. Their attention has marked the stay making it extremely pleasant.

Great location, lovely rooms but the best thing is the hosts Margarita and George - they couldn’t be more welcoming, hospitable and genuine, I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. And the daily cakes were amazing!

What is to be mentioned, is the aircraft noise (airport around the corner). This is in case someone is sensitive to noise. But with Oropax you hear nothing more.

We were allowed to spend 14 days in this accommodation. The only complaint is that we had booked a room that was too small if travelling with much luggage. But as I said, it was our mistake. The deluxe double room offers many things: a refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, cups and wine glasses. Every day there are fresh towels as well as beach towels (!). We had a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, clothesline and pegs. Likewise, the room has A/C. On the street we also always found a PP for our car. Margarita and Georgios are such nice people, and Margarita baked every day sweet or savory to eat there or to take away. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine at the reception where you can help yourself. A bottle of water was also always free. What more do you want to enjoy your vacation to the fullest?! Thanks again for this nice experience and see you soon again!

Nice and clean room. Perfect location less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and supermarket, restaurants, bars nearby. The hosts very friendly. We were also given a cake, coffee every morning.. Vety good choice!

Perfect location, less than a 2 minute walk to the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive, a very homely feel to the hotel. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, very friendly. We were also given a fresh cake every morning baked by our host, this was the perfect touch to our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel. 10/10!

The bed was too hard for me, but this is really a personal opinion.

Nice little room with all what you need. Simple but efficient. Close to the beach and the promenade with all bars and restaurant. Beach towels available as well as a Bathroom to shower and get changed once you have checked out. Friendly owner couple who welcome you like family. Coffee and homemade cake/pancakes in the morning.

Everything was clean and perfect. We can’t wait to come back to this hotel again one day. Margarita, the owner, is what makes this place a hidden gem. A lovely family who really care about their guests. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, clean, spacious. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kamari.

Our hosts was incredibly sweet and cheerful. We have some delicious homemade pastry every morning. They give us good advise for what to do and eat in Santorini. Room was clean and lovely. Hotel is very close to beach. We would like to come again in the next opportunity.

I liked everything .

Firstly the hosts were exceptional - friendly, warm, kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcome with lots of special little personal touches to make the stay even more memorable - home made cake, little gifts. I loved the location of the property - central to the beach and restaurants yet quiet as off the Main Street. Quite vintage though modern looking in decor which I like. Room 1 on first floor had a small but utterly gorgeous balcony with beautiful bougainvillea flowers and a view down the street to the beach at the end. Very clean with comfortable bed. 2 people might need extra pillows . Shutters to keep out the light in the morning and air con and a TV. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee provided and a fridge. Downstairs in reception a nespresso machine and pods meant not having to venture far for a decent morning coffee. No need for a pool as the beach is so close.

The apartment was comfortable, bright and spacious. The location was perfect, less than a minute's walk from the beach yet a little removed from the busiest streets. The best thing about Villa Maina was the hosts, incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Words can’t even describe how amazing our stay was at Villa Maina! We were greeted with welcome shots and a bottle of wine and were told we are family during our stay. The hosts really did treat us like family and even drove us to our dinner reservation one evening. The best part is every morning we were given coffee and freshly baked treats! I will be returning to Kamari just to stay here! You MUST stay at Villa Maina!

The hosts were phenomenal in every way, welcoming shots of Raki, a bottle of lovely white wine, freshly baked treats twice a day and such warmth and friendliness! Gave us free lifts to and from the bus stop when we arrived and departed! The room was perfect and the location couldn’t be better for us.

The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the beach, great restaurants, and the bus stop. My favorite part of the stay was the excellent staff. They were always asking me if I was hungry or wanted any coffee which they never asked for anything. The hostess baked something everyday and was always offering it to everyone. I had friends who were meeting me to go out together and she even offered them cake, coffee and water. Truly made this stay one to remember.

Villa Maina has the best host you can find, at least that was the case for us. We only stayed for 3 days but everything was perfect. We will definetly miss our coffe in the morning after we came back from the beach where we enjoyed the sunrises. We think we made the right choice to stay in Kamari while visiting Santorini. The bus station was close to the villa. You can visit the beautiful villages around and also enjoy a beautiful day on the beach. And if you like planes, like we do, you can see them landing or taking off pretty close. Thank you Villa Maina for making our stay in Santorini such a beautiful memory.

The villa is on the flight path. If you are a light sleeper, which neither my daughter and I are, this might not be the best.

Rita and her husband could not have been nicer. No ask was too much. Bottled water and all other amenities were supplied. Rita made us cakes and baked treats for us every morning they were delicious. Rita and her husband gave us several bottles of wine to have in the evenings. They also us gave us souvenir mugs to take home with us. The villa is a one of two blocks off the Kamira Beach strip. It is an ideal location. Very comfortable space!
