Had to walk through a neighbouring unit’s courtyard to leave ours - not an issue for us, but we felt bad for them not having privacy on their deck.

It was a hot time and extra air conditioning in the bedrooms could make a difference. Timing for breakfast should be discussed with reception as early as possible.

This property was absolutely perfect for sunset views from either your private sun-bed or plunge pool. This apartment did not have a full public walkway that passed in front of the balcony area which many others do. The apartment is not in view from the road so again very private.

The room was ready before we arrived .we get one on the top that very good for me . I can walk 10 m to minimart and 15 m to restaurant. They have a good food and everythings what we need and very beautiful property. The view is amazing . Once you there and you dont want to leave property. We got breakfast on our balcony everyday . Staff very kind and polite. We will comeback again.

Everything was smooth and couldn’t fault anything

The Honeymoon Suite we had was amazing! The views were breathtaking, breakfast delivered every morning to our balcony and the room was cosy and comfortable. The area is quiet which is great and you have the best views for the sunset from the room. Our private hot tub was exceptional.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lukas. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The view was absolutely mesmerizing and the apartment was perfect for our family, 2 bathrooms, perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. Greg the concierge was beyond helpful and could not do enough to assist us during our stay. Lots of great restaurants in short distance from Villa Lukas. I’m so glad we chose to stay in Imerovigli as it was a very relaxed little village and not overrun with crowds like in Fira and Oia. We would highly recommend staying here. I hope we can return one day, waking up to that view every morning was so special.

You can hear guests walking around above you if they have shoes/heels on or you can hear people talking in the neighbouring room if they are loud. We were only disturbed a couple of times during our stay.

This was the best accomodation we stayed at during our European trip. The bed was comfortable, the view is incredible, the breakfast especially the omelettes are tasty, the jacuzzi was warm and clean. The Villa is a great size. The manager is wonderful, he organised transport to pick us up from the ferry and organised late delivery of breakfast food for our early morning flight. The location is great to get away from large crowds and there are a few Resterants around.

The house cleaner did not provide for previous day used towel was a surprise.

Excellent view of the island and sunset, having a few restaurants nearby, car parking was difficult but found spot in the end.

The views and sunsets were amazing, in my option the best spot on Santorini. The area is lovely and quiet with some great restaurants. Also a lovely convenience/sovereign store across the road and a nice bar next door.

Really everything was wonderful. The air conditioning could have been better as it did get stuffy and warm at times, but that was all I can really think of that could have worked better. Depending on when you go, that may not even be needed.

George was the kindest and most accommodating host. The property is stunningly beautiful- even more beautiful than the pictures show. It is the best location at the top of Imerovigli (highest part of Santorini) with excellent views, good restaurants, and pretty of markets for your needs, but without the crowds and noise of Oia. The room was beautifully appointed and the hot tub was amazing with the vest view. There was even complimentary wine and chocolate for us when we arrived. It was quiet and private, but still accessible. Not too many stairs either. Just amazing.

Wish hot tub water temperature could be adjusted. It was windy and water temp was too cold for us to enjoy the hot tub while viewing sunset from our patio
