the shower was a bit tricky - old style hand held with no screen but plenty of hot water and not a big deal.

Michaela was a wondeful host - the location was perfect - less than 5 minutes walk to the beach with a great selection of resaurants nearby. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional - the room was cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh sheets/towels and the pool area was spotless.

Amazing Host! Michaela was an absolute gem during our stay! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. Super helpful with everything, and get this—she even ironed my suit for a wedding we were going to! Honestly, you don’t find hosts like Michaela every day. This property was great value for money. Simple but spotless with lovely pool 3 minutes from the beach. Michaela gave us brilliant recommendations of where to go, where to eat and we thank her for a lovely stay on a beautiful island. Car parking was straightforward.

Amazing accommodation, great host. Me and my boyfriend loved Perissa, it has many beautiful beaches and affordable tavernas. We preferred this location over Fira and Oia, which both are over crowded, overpriced and honestly overrated. Michaela is amazing, she truly made us feel like home. Rooms are always clean and the pool is a great way to relax

The property is well located in Perissa and there’s everything you could use for a holiday. I booked the apartment for my parents’ wedding anniversary and they came home with a happy memory l. Michaela was an exceptional host and helped them throughout the stay by giving recommendations and being attentive.

Michaela was more than amazing! Offered us recommendations and two large bottles of water when we arrived late at night. Offered us her phone number if we needed anything from her. Her and the staff even decorated our room when they found out it was my boyfriend’s birthday! The staff definitely make this place special. The room was simple but had everything needed and was always kept clean. Safe included. The pool was lovely and the property was a short walk from Perissa beach.

Fantastic location, just a stroll to the beach, our room had everything we needed. Our host Michaela was so welcoming, she even lent us her own phone charger as we’d left ours at home. The whole place is spotless, good pool and jacuzzi too. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, we’re already planning our return next year.

Michaela was very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay, offering advice on where to get what we needed and suggesting places to eat and drink. We ultimately decided to extend our stay and it was no problem for Michaela to help us with this. She also offered support when we were considering adopting a stray puppy. Honestly we couldn't have asked for more from her. The hotel in itself was great, rooms were comfortable with basic cooking facilities if needed (but there's so much choice for food, I doubt you'd need to use it!) Having a pool was an added bonus. If we come back to Santorini again, Villa Limnes will be top of our list for accommodation.

The owner Micheala was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was a solo traveller and she made me feel at home and helped me with transport and places to eat and visit. They cleaned my room everyday and provided fresh towels. 8min walk to the bakery and supermarket. The beach is less than 5 min walk from the villa. Lovely family run villa and I definitely would recommend it, especially as a solo traveller or a couple.

It’s not the property’s fault but the wifi was not great and we really wished there was somewhere high to hang the shower head but it was still a great place to stay.

Our wonderful host who went above and beyond for us and never steered us wrong with recommendations of places to eat and things to see! The room was clean and comfortable and simple. We loved the swimming pool and how close it was to everything.

There was anything we would change - only stay another week!

Right from booking Michaela was so helpful booking airport transfer and on arrival giving us full details of the area and island nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was spacious and clean we were lucky to have a new bathroom , clean towels everyday which is very unusual for this type of accommodation. Excellent location, close to beach (3 mins) and restaurants , bakery, bus stop, supermarket (5-mins). Michaela and family made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us!
