The room was comfortable and a good size and cleaned daily. Location was away from the ridge overseeing the caldera and so much better value for money than most other accommodation in the Fira / Imerovigli strip.

Nothing to complain. Maybe just the road from bus stop to here will be too bumpy cause cement is rough. However, if you have car services, you don't need to worry about this.

Our flight early in the morning, and helped us arrange for a private airport transfer for 2 adults and 2 pax for EUR 40. Even though it's late already, she didn't sleep and waited for us to find our driver and able to check-in smoothly. The host were very responsive and communicative. Since we only stayed for a night, we weren't able to experience much. We just know that the location is nice with restaurants around Imerovigli. There is a nearby walkway to get to the edge and see the sunset. So if you opt to walk to Oia or Fira, you have access here.

We did not get a code to the lock box to access the keys. Thankfully, a handyman was at the site (there is no reception) and contacted the owner for us to get the instructions to get the room keys.

Conveniently located close to the centre of Imerovigli but in a quiet street away, secluded patio and swimming pool - great to cool down after a day of sightseeing.

Very nice, friendly and clean lodging. We were upgraded to a room with a private hot tub. Had a nice breakfast supplied which was a good bonus. The location was very good for us. Not in an extremely busy location within walking distance to restaurants and other sites.

The hospitality from the owners was fantastic and so appreciated. We have a 4 month baby and they were happy to help with anything. The location is also great - so close to town and restaurants but not right in the busy area

The property was in a great location, quiet and had a view of the ocean (not Caldera side). It was very close to the caldera cliff walk. The bed was comfortable and having the small pool was good for cooling off on hot days. The breakfast was tasty and all the staff were accommodating.

Great pool to cool off in after walking along the caldera. Smalk, but so refreshing Continental! Continental breakfast. Coffee in the room.. lots of cafes within a short walk. We took the bus from Akrotiri to Fera, and then one to Imeroviglia. Make sure to get directions from the hotel as there aren't any street names! We asked a local in a shop and she got the info for us. We were only a few blocks away. You can walk to the pedestrian path that links Fera to Oya ... only 2 blocks away. Convenient location.

Nothing, the weather was very hot when we went and it was busy in Santorini in July and prices were astronomical in some surrounding bars and restaurants BUT This has nothing to do with the property. The property didn't have any bad things for us.

Great place just a 1 min walk from caldera but without the eye watering prices of the caldera in high season. I was very happy with the accommodation, it was spacious, clean and simple with good wifi, aircon and breakfasts. The hosts and owners were super helpful with many things and we had a warm welcome. Breakfast was ample with many different choices including eggs as well as continental options. Overall a great place nestled right in the centre of Imervogli next to many restaurants and cafes and arguably the best sunset on the island. I didn't like Oia as much more pretentious than we like but this was gorgeous

All better than expected.

Peaceful location, small only 8 rooms so not busy, warm welcome, everything needed in rooms, fridge useful, pool, clean on arrival and cleaned regularly. Breakfast good bonus as wouldn’t expect in property of this size. Good value overall for August in Santorini. It obviously isn’t looking out over caldera (but has sea views at breakfast and from some rooms) and is the ‘back’ part of imerovigli, doesn’t need to put you off, actually preferred this area to Oia and Thira walkable in 30mins.

The water pressure when showering was a bit uneven, but it was not really an issue. We understood we were on an island that is essentially a desert, so were grateful for the facilities that existed, and the abundance of hot water.

The hosts were excellent. They were helpful and friendly and checked in on us regularly. They booked taxi transportation for us on two occasions. The location worked well for us and the room was clean and well maintained, as was the entire property. We rented a car for part of our stay, and parking was available on site. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was a nice bonus for us to have them included in our stay.

Villa Libertad has all the necessary amenities to enjoy your holiday. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, they were fantastic hosts! The location is good, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. There are also many areas to stop and view the famous sunset for free just minutes from the hotel. Overall Villa Libertad was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Quietly positioned hotel in a great part of the island and a short walk to many eateries and the caldera. Rooms were very spacious for a family of 4 and nice and clean.
