Everything was perfect, the host was very helpful, located near the black beach, very clean and nice. I especially liked the "towel art" waiting for us after each cleaning (once in two days) 🩵🤍

All was perfect, nothing we did not like. As always, when we are super happy with something we use this space to leave a comment to go the extra mile and suggest potential improvements. For the apartment at ground floor where we were, for example, it could be an idea to put up a cover that can create shade over the patio, or an umbrella, in order to enjoy the patio also during the day when the sun hits. :) hoping to give even more to a place that has it all anyway. Thanks for having us!

Everything. And one thing that is usually very important for my girlfriend and I when we travel: the ability of the host to not only be smiling and make you feel at ease, but especially available to you. We had a small problem with the A/C for example, and in a few hours all was fixed and the room ready and clean for us to enjoy. We had a great time - the location is especially great if you look for a peaceful holiday but at the same time a place very close to the sea, restaurants and markets.

Very nice black sand beach with a lot of possibilities, 2 sunbeds with an umbrella are for 10€ or for free (with a minimum consumption ~30+€ - depending on the restaurant/bar). We had a deluxe apartment, we had everything that was in the description. Nice looking authentic Greek apartment for an affordable price. The apartment was cleaned and decorated well every 2nd day. Anastasia is very friendly and helped us a lot. She drew a whole map of the island and showed us the best places to go. We would choose this apartment again! 5/5

5min walk to the beach, a bit of a walk/ drive to supermarket. Several restaurants/bars in the area. Very quiet, away from the overcrowded Thira and Oia. Comfy beds. Nice decoration. A/c very useful

Only one hob on the stove. The shower did not have a consistent temperature as it would flip between searing hot and slightly cold or if you changed it slightly, it would be warm followed by freezing cold, and this would go in a pattern every 10 seconds. There is a sweet spot of it swapping between almost too warm and kinda cold. I thought the room was a bit bright at night, probably because of the fire exit sign in your room. The balconies are probably not quite private enough for me but the view is good and there is somewhat privacy.

Very clean. Friendly owner who gives you a good rundown of what you can do on the island. Free water on arrival in your room (tap water is not drinkable but is cookable). Good location - near a supermarket (15 min walk), and the beach (3 mins). Can book taxis to get to and from the hotel with the owner. About 5 min walk from the nearest bus stop but I really recommend you hire a car as despite the buses getting good reviews online, we found ourselves waiting over 50 minutes for buses that were supposed to come every 30 minutes and in the heat that isn't pleasant. The buses have a schedule but they are not consistent to it at all.

Honestly nothing

Very friendly staff Anastasia welcomed us and was available for any questions throughout the stay. The property was a great size with a separate sitting and eating area from the bedroom which gave us flexibility. There is TV and air con. Cleaning and towels were every other day which was perfectly adequate. Very modern bathroom with double walk in shower and supply of toiletries. It is in a quiet street but only 100m away from the beach and a number of bars & restaurants. Anastasia arranged a pick up and drop off for us to the airport which went smoothly. The property is in the Perivolos area and an easy walk on the beachfront into Perissa itself. Perfectly flat and plenty bars/ restaurants looking for your custom if you need rehydrated on the way. There is buggy hire attached and a short walk to 2 busy stops - would recommend local bus into Thira only cost €2.50 each way. Would definitely recommend the property. The room was big enough and very clean. They clean it every day, if you choose so. Towels and sheets were ok and the bed was very confy. Anastasia was very kind and helped us rent a car, buy a boat trip and advised about the best places to visit.
