Only one hob on the stove. The shower did not have a consistent temperature as it would flip between searing hot and slightly cold or if you changed it slightly, it would be warm followed by freezing cold, and this would go in a pattern every 10 seconds. There is a sweet spot of it swapping between almost too warm and kinda cold. I thought the room was a bit bright at night, probably because of the fire exit sign in your room. The balconies are probably not quite private enough for me but the view is good and there is somewhat privacy.

Very clean. Friendly owner who gives you a good rundown of what you can do on the island. Free water on arrival in your room (tap water is not drinkable but is cookable). Good location - near a supermarket (15 min walk), and the beach (3 mins). Can book taxis to get to and from the hotel with the owner. About 5 min walk from the nearest bus stop but I really recommend you hire a car as despite the buses getting good reviews online, we found ourselves waiting over 50 minutes for buses that were supposed to come every 30 minutes and in the heat that isn't pleasant. The buses have a schedule but they are not consistent to it at all.

Honestly nothing

Very friendly staff Anastasia welcomed us and was available for any questions throughout the stay. The property was a great size with a separate sitting and eating area from the bedroom which gave us flexibility. There is TV and air con. Cleaning and towels were every other day which was perfectly adequate. Very modern bathroom with double walk in shower and supply of toiletries. It is in a quiet street but only 100m away from the beach and a number of bars & restaurants. Anastasia arranged a pick up and drop off for us to the airport which went smoothly. The property is in the Perivolos area and an easy walk on the beachfront into Perissa itself. Perfectly flat and plenty bars/ restaurants looking for your custom if you need rehydrated on the way. There is buggy hire attached and a short walk to 2 busy stops - would recommend local bus into Thira only cost €2.50 each way. Would definitely recommend the property. The room was big enough and very clean. They clean it every day, if you choose so. Towels and sheets were ok and the bed was very confy. Anastasia was very kind and helped us rent a car, buy a boat trip and advised about the best places to visit.

It was amazing. Anastasia is very helpful and thoughtful. When you arrive you get a lot of tips for activities and nice spots to visit, this comes in really handy. You have all the basics to live in your room so I cooked quite a lot of my meals which is a really nice option to have when travelling on a budget. I'd recommend this place to anyone and will return myself too.

I suppose it would be nice to have a pool and a bar, but tbh we didn't miss them! Anyway it was so reasonably priced we didn't expect either

Very friendly and Anastasia was super helpful sorting hire car and airport transfer. Also had lots of ideas for trips etc.. We strolled 2min to the beach for a swim every morning, local bus was a 5min walk and there were dozens of decent bars and restaurants in the area:but far enough away not to disturb us at night. The room service was very good with the room left spotless and fresh linen every day. WiFi was fast. TV worked fine (but we didn't use). There were enough utensils and bits in the kitchen area to prepare a decent meal - when we weren't eating at one of the restaurants.

Location is great 150 m from the Black Beach which is a beach with fine black sand. Groceries close enough to buy food (we cook ourselves), and also bars and restaurants at the water front if you prefer. Lovely host.
