By any means it’s not their fought, but the walking accessibility to the Center is a bit harsh as the side walks are basically non existent or broken; so walking from the place to town was always a bit tough.

It’s a family business and you feel how much care and effort they put into it. The place was very clean and organized. There was some kitties and cats in the property and it was lovely to spend some time with them.

The only thing that could be improved would be to have a glass/acrylic instead of a curtain in the shower, as the space was a little small for taking a shower. But this didn't affect my experience with the accommodation.

The owner of the property was very receptive and helpful, and helped me with many tips about the city.

One bedroom apartment was quiet and a 10 minute walk to town and well stocked. Hostess and her daughters were very helpful with local suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day. Great value.

The toilet door was glass and had room all around it, so could hear it being used and had light in the room when the light was on. The shower was quite small and the shower curtain stuck to my leg.

Lovely pool, staff were super friendly and helpful and quick to reply to messages. Balcony was nice to sit on and eat. Was small enough that there was room to sit at the pool side on the lounge chairs. A quick walk in to Fira up the hill and a great bakery just 5 minutes down the hill. A great place for the price.

I can’t think of any , really .

The host Irene , the location ! The 24hr bakery is very close as well as the supermarket and few great local restaurant and cafes ! Also , the laundromat is basically one minute walk ! It’s not 5 star but it’s a really good family run hotel away from the busy Fira centre . And it’s only 10 minutes walk to the centre , bus station and taxi station . So , if you want to have a great time in Santorini without breaking your hotel budget , stay at this hotel . Then you can use the rest of your money for something else like going to the winery or eating at a nice restaurant, having cocktails at a nice bar overlooking the caldera . The hotel is so clean and if you just wanted to relax and not go out , the pool is there for you to use . PS: The hotel is located in one of the main roads so it can be a bit busy and slightly noisy at night BUT our room was at the back so we didn’t have a problem . Also , every room has a verandah 😊

Not their fault- but wouldn't have liked walking from town late at night on my own. A bit isolated but that was also a plus in terms of being a quiet and safe place to stay. Sorry to be late answering this as the flight before mine in Singapore had a bomb threat so flights and bags delayed. No devices to answer you as they were thrown in with larger luggage.

All staff friendly and helpful, given all their responsibilities within their family as well as running the hotel. Friendly eateries were close by and nice to be a bit away from the main hub in town. Lovely pool, helpful advice. A place to stay next door who were also kind and helpful when Ilios was booked out. They looked after me which I appreciate.

The front desk lady was wonderful! She was so helpful suggesting restaurants and tours and in getting a taxi in the early morning. The swimming pool wasn't being used that much but it was wonderful. There were many restaurants close by and the tourist sites were close as well, so the location was great.

The air conditioner in my room had a frequent and annoying noise created by the clash of swing which didn’t make me sleep well.

Irene, the host was a very lovely and nice lady. She well explained the attractions and bus routes of Santorini which was very useful for tourists. The rooms are very spacious, clean, well-equipped and tidy. Loved the smell of the hotel whenever I came back. Even though the location is not the centre of Fira, a few mins walk was fine and there were a few good restaurants along the way. Overall, I had a pleasant and nice stay in Santorini with Ilois.

The toilet is super tiny. When I say super tiny, I mean I couldn't have a good shower in all the 4 days I was there. It was like once you get into the shower area, it is impossible to move around. I bet the owner has a much bigger toilet and left the tiniest ones for their guests. The bed for a 6' tall like me was very short, and I couldn't sleep properly as one-fourth of my legs were always out hanging out.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Though the rooms were small, yet the balcony overlooking the swimming pool was a delight. The best thing about this property is that it is a 6-minute walk to the Fira bus station where all the buses arrive and depart for the entire Santorini. In fact, while coming at 3 a.m., in the morning, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Same when we departed. There's a big supermarket in about 600 ft, which was such a blessing. Irene constantly kept in touch with us. And her communication was really good.

Everything was very good. The view from the room is awesome. I really enjoyed the pool, the kitties in the reception 😭💖, the fun and helpful receptionist and the location is awesome!! There’s supermarket around, lots of restaurants and it’s less than 10 min to Fira by foot.
