Lovely little place. Rooms just as described. Small but comfy for me and my partner. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Located nicely, not too far to walk down to Fira for more restaurants and shops and not too far to walk up to imerovigli for the views. Good value.

Easy to find in centre of Firostefani; room was clean and bright; small balcony getting sunshine all day. Host Maria was wonderful: communicative in advance, and incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful!

Location of Villa Fontini is great. Easy walk to bus station where you can get buses to anywhere on the island. Restaurants, bars and shops everywhere.

The room was really cute. The location was good too, about 10-15 min walk to town centre. The staff were so helpful. The shower was the best. They even made the room cute for my birthday.

Great location, just know that the walking path from Fira city center to the hotel is uphill. The staff were very friendly. The deluxe room was very clean and renovated. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The internet was also excellent.

Was hoping for a view of the rooftops from our room but we faced the other way. Some do face the skyline though.

The bed was the best we’ve had in Greece with an actual doona (duvet), proper pillows and slept great. The room was spacious and the terrace cute. Kitchen was well stocked. We were allowed an early check in which made all the difference coming in on some god awful ferry time.

Maria is an exceptional host, incredibly friendly and always wearing a smile. We were in search of affordable accommodation, prioritizing cleanliness and comfort, as our intention was simply to have a place to rest while we explored the island. The room exceeded our expectations, providing everything we required. The location was ideal, being close to the center of Fira (just a 1 km walk), offering tranquility and a delightful atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed strolling to Imerovigli from the accommodation. Booking Villa Fotini was definitely a wise decision, and we won't hesitate to book again when we revisit Santorini.

Everything was perfect! Location was close to everything, room size was bigger and spacious than expected, clean and new, Host was absolutely amazing and helpful, we had our rooms cleaned everyday, towels changed daily, host had bottled water and cold freshly made lemonade for our arrival.

Wifi signal in room 14 on the 1st floor was very weak. Villa is located on the main road, so it can be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper and sleep with open windows. Only Greek TV channels.

Maria is a great host, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Make sure you keep it touch with her over whatsapp to make sure she is available at reception. I appreciated her restaurants recommendations in the vicinity. Location is great: just a few steps from Firostefani bus station, or 15 mins walk from Fira main bus station. Room was super comfortable. Everything is new and clean. Linens were changed everyday. There was even welcome water bottle at arrival I'm the fridge. I loved the design of thw bathroom. Mattress on the bed is very comfortable, even better quality than some more luxurious hotels. Everyday I was waking up with the sunset and on Sunday with church bells - wonderful start of the day.
