The rooms were a tad small and we were there during a heat wave - the AC took a bit to cool the room down. Sometimes we had to wait longer than we would have liked for transportation, but part of that we chalked that up to being impatient Americans :)

We traveled for a wedding and really liked that the group could stay at the same hotel. It was not over crowded at all, and very relaxing, with 2 pools, and a pool bar. Maria and the team were fantastic in getting us checked in and to our rooms, even comping us a free drink as we waited for the rooms to be ready. Maria also scheduled us transportation each day when we needed to be shuttled to a wedding event, restaurant etc.

There were not enough coat hangers for 2 people for a week and the chairs on the terrace were very uncomfortable

Lovely hotel with 2 pools and a lovely restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location was good as it was a quiet area but within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main town and bus station so easy to get around.

The only downside was the wifi signal in the main room was too weak but it worked quite well in the "living room". It was 10/15 minutes far from Fira downtown

It was a large apartment with Santorini's decoration. Bed was big and comfy, nice views to the sea from balcony. It has car parking. Totally recommended

Professionally run. I made the mistake of taking the ferry to come to Santorini. Yet they're in touch on how we'll reach the facility even late at night. We were picked up from the port almost midnight. We made good friends with the people who are very warm and made our stay truly memorable.Kudos esp. to Maria, Anna, and Mario... Their restaurant KATSABOO BTW is on another level.

Nothing everything was WONDERFUL!

The staff were very gracious, they went out of their way to help us. We showed up early, and all the staff greeted us. Maria led us to the delicious restaurant for breakfast as soon as it opened. The maria at the receptionist helped explain all there is to see in santorini. She even suggested some reasonably priced shuttle for our own wine tour to Santos and Argyros. Every morning she greets us with a smile! Enjoyed the pool very much

The pools were not hot, but I suppose that was the time of year.

The rooms were great. The beds were comfortable. The showers were warm. The balconies were nice to spend some time on when it wasn't super windy outside. The views were great. The staff were extremely approachable and helpful from the very start - they helped me with a couple of dinner reservations. There are tours available through the hotel, but I chose to do my own thing. The parking was close by easy to find a space to leave the car. Was also nice to not be in the center of the town but close enough to walk (if you are ok with the uphill walk) both for the noise and the driving aspects. Has a great boutique hotel feel.

Minor issue of WiFi not working in our room, but for me the idea of this vacation was to disconnect from the world and all the distractions. So it hardly matters.

Amazing property, super clean, very beautiful and very conveniently located, and short distance from main Fira Market. The staff went and above to make sure we had a very comfortable stay. Thanks to super friendly Maria at the front desk for explaining and arranging everything. Special thanks to Mario who picked up us from Airport and helped in taking some amazing photos at the property. We had lots of fun and amazing memories. The Katsaboo restaurant by the pool is amazing and had the vegetarian options as well.

As all the island, to reach the hotel one has to walk on the highway while cars pass by, which does not feel too safe.

Angelina was our main contact with the hotel, and she was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view to the sea that we enjoyed a lot from our balcony. We came at the end of the season, so we found that the quality/price was excellent. Finally, we would like to recommend their restaurant, that it may be a bit expensive but actually very close to many other places in the city, but the quality was great, we ended up having dinner there three times.

Our stay at the Calm Collection hotel complex was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel stands out because of its beautiful design and remarkable attention to detail. The poolside restaurant adds to the hotel's charm. The location of the hotel is ideal, being a 10-minute walk from the center of Fira and a perfect base if you want to explore the island on a scooter. What impressed us the most was the staff's exceptional service, especially during our early arrival, which was handled with utmost professionalism and friendliness.

The photos need updating on bookings.com - quite misleading. The notices saying they would charge for marks on white towels or bedding. The pool water looked green. Its uphill to fira main town but good its down hill back.

A picturesque hotel that is located away from the main tourist street. A nice restaurant on site. the reception staff changed my room to one with no steps. The price seemed good value.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! The staff was very friendly, sincere, warm, and helpful. Gave us a ton of suggestions of things to do in the area. The hotel was only a ten minute walk to the middle of Fira with restaurants, cafes, and shops along the way. The room was very cosy and clean, I especially appreciated the exposed stones and color set up. It was very easy to find and check in. Only a few minutes walk to the bus station if you are arriving from the ferry, airport or going to other parts of Santorini (super convenient). We had the hotel arrange taxi transportation for us from the airport as we were coming in late- the driver was very kind, waited for our flight and took us straight to our lodging. Highly recommend!
