I thought the price of alcohol and food by the pool during the day was a little bit too high. As a result we didn’t have any drinks there outside of our first dinner. It encouraged us to leave the accommodation to eat / drink. I think a reconsideration of the pricing point could encourage more trade during the day.

Amazing design and interior decoration exactly what we were looking for! The staff were so friendly and helpful. From reception, to our driver, to the restaurant we met the loveliest people. Best accommodation pick! Loved Katsaboo restaurant too, the food was divine! Also the Maris Farm white wine was soooo good!

The staff were amazing!!! Special shout out to Bobby and the lovely lady on reception. Both so helpful and friendly . They really added to our trip . Great distance to the hustle and bustle, loved the Katsaboo bar attached to it too. The pool area was small but very peaceful :)

Our only complaint is the cleaning material used. There was a strong smell of chlorine (or bleach?) all the time and it made one of my friends constantly sneeze and get a headache.

The villa was exactly as described. Maria, the receptionist, was very nice and welcoming + showed us around the property. There is a very modern bathroom, the two bedrooms are well furnished and there is a hot tub in one of the bedrooms. There is a pool on site which is great for a dip during the hot summer days.

The room was pretty small, there was very little storage. No drawers or full length hanging facilities. Fine for a few days/weekend. We were attending a wedding and a few events and had no where to hang things.

Really clean and lovely hotel. Restaurant downstairs was brilliant, portion sizes were big, so didn’t mind the slightly more expensive cost.

Our only downside, was the location. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into Fira but it's all uphill. Might be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Our junior suite for 3 was very comfortable with lots of little extras. Well stocked fridge, complimentary bottles of water every day, laundry facility available and very amenable cleaning team. 3 bottles of wine provided in the suite, which at 20€ a bottle was very competitively priced. Lots of little items available for sale in reception. Finally, Maria, the one woman reception team, was permanently cheerful, helpful and very efficient.

This hotel was amazing, the room was stunning and very clean. The staff are very helpful with organising anything we wanted to do. There are 2 pools with ample beds to soak up the sun. The restaurant inside the hotel was also very nice, with great staff servicing the restaurant and pool area.

Our air con broke the first night, to be honest they replaced the air con unit which was appreciated but it impacted our first night significantly from waiting around. I felt it could have been handled better and the problem acknowledged faster. The best sun loungers with shade at the Katsaboo pool got booked out by a big group from a cruise liner one day, even though hotel guests had booked them. I didn’t like that the accommodation prioritised non-guests over guests. It felt a bit greedy. Communication could be better at times, and by that I mean not having your guests chase for updates on things they requested, asked about etc. I found the Katsaboo restaurant overpriced compared to other better restaurants on the island. The price of most alcoholic drinks in my opinion was overpriced. We found the bedroom pillows very uncomfortable.

I liked the decor of the place, it was very cool. I also liked that it was a little further out from the main centre of Fira, as it was very peaceful. The staff were very friendly, shoutout to Bobby & Maria :) We like the fact we had a fridge, iron, the balcony was a decent size with a view of the water. Close to some fabulous places to eat - Tholoto Brunch for breakfast/brunch. Kokkalo for the best steak we’ve had! 10-15 minute walk to main city centre. Very clean. Pleasant vibes.

We liked everything about this hotel. Location was excellent and in a very quiet area, yet few minutes away from centre, bus terminus, shops bars, and restaurants with amazing scenery. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. Rooms included all we needed. There are two pools, both very clean and quiet. Maria, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Katsaboo was one of the best experiences during our stay in Santorini.

We got there before 12pm. I wish they change the check in time to a bit earlier….for people that arrives early it’s frustrating that we can’t get into our room until 3pm…..we travel twice a month and it’s our first time that we actually have to wait our room to be ready …imagine being on the plane for 10+ hours and you can’t take a shower 🤫

Everything was perfect. Beyond perfect in fact. Maria on reception is just wonderful and will help with anything. The facilities are immaculate. The rooms are perfect with comfortable beds. Although we didn't eat in the restaurant, we had a few drinks and it was beautiful - especially at night. Bobby picked us up from the airport and was just lovely and friendly the whole holiday. Just a wonderful wonderful place. I want to come back next year with my husband.

Provide pool towels, but not always available. We booked a taxi/shuttle at a certain time and they were 20mins late. Not usually a problem, but we didn’t want to be late. Was slightly stressful departure unfortunately! Overall these were minor things, and I would certainly recommend staying here.

Everything wonderful

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist was very attentive and gave us great tips on tours and restaurants in the city. comfortable beds, air conditioning, they provide shampoo, oral hygiene kit, slippers, and a great balcony to dry clothes The pool area is great, and the KATSBOO restaurant is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
