We loved being near the beach and the pool was gorgeous! The room was fantastic- clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast was delicious and also catered for my daughter who is gluten free. Santorini is a highly populated with tourists- so we loved being away from Fira and Oia and being walking distance to the beach.

Great family owned pool villas with excellent service from all staff and location at Perivolous beach. Just 1 min walk to nice beach with good restaurants. Property is very clean and well designed with beautiful pool, sun bathing area and nice hot buffet breakfast by the pool.

Outstanding place for family, property is near to beach and so many restaurants around, pool was clean and all staff are cooperated, good one my check out time was 10Am but they allowed me to stay until 2:30Pm because my flight time was 4:30 thank you Villa Eleftheria

Everything was perfect. The best breakfast during our trip to Europe! Super clean accommodation, great pool cleaning. Wonderful location, practically on the beachfront. I think Perissa is the best beach for those who like swimming in the sea. Thank you so much!

Breakfast is included but could be better. There could be more variety. It was the same everyday. Hot food was not hot enough. Was lukewarm. If you came even an hour later, most hot food was gone.

Very nice and clean property located very close to the beach only 1minute walking distance. Very friendly staff. If you need anything just ask in the reception. Most likely you get help. For example ,rented a car ,booked some nice trip around the island. They were also very nice they let us use the shower after we checked out because we had a very late flight. Breakfast is okay, good variety to choose from foods. The housekeeping is making sure the room is clean everyday. The pool is very nice and clean.

The Family that runs the business is lovely! They are hospitable, friendly and caring. The breakfast is delicious, and consistently so, every morning. there wasn't much storage for luggage in the room, though we did have a lot of stuff with us by the standards of some travellers

The deluxe triple room with sea view was really nice (though "sea view" is stretching it). Fairly chic decor, comfy beds, very nice bathroom with strong shower. Lots of room in there for a family of four inc baby and toddler. Pool area really nice and fun for toddlers, bar with good priced food and drinks. On a private road so the hotel is quiet and has good access to the beach and restaurants. The hotel buildings have been painted and have new loungers so the place has a more modern feel than the pics we saw when booking. We loved the stay.

Bed was very hard.Also there is a lovely swimming pool and adjoining terrace but rules not unforced ref; No jumping no drinks around pool and we were unlucky that a large family group who we believe were attending a wedding completely took over pool terraces and generally were very loud so we found ourselves having to go out and incur extra expense eg; hiring sun beds and umbrellas. So we were unable to enjoy the facilities. This would be a good adults only hotel but rules to be adhered to. It would also be nice for management to smile more as they can come across as unwelcoming and they are not when you speak to them.

- The bed wasn’t the comfiest but that didn’t stop us from getting a good night sleep!

- The location was amazing, 30 seconds to get to the beach front with lots of restaurants and tavernas! At this time of the year, sunbeds on the beach are free, which was a nice surprise. - The pool and pool amenities were even better than expected! - The breakfast was great, with fresh products every day. - The owners were kind enough to let us enjoy the pool and keep our luggages way past the check out time as our ferry was in the afternoon. - Our room was on the smaller side but was more than enough for what we needed! The bathroom was gorgeous! Just keep in mind that this side of the island is much quieter than other places which is fantastic, but it also means that if you don’t have a car you’ll need taxis and they are expensive…! I would recommend the daily sunset trip to oia they propose, it’s 25€ per person and allowed us to have a taste of that place, but it was so crowded even in September, we were much happier in our quiet place down the south of the island!

The two sofa beds could do with new mattresses they are not that comfortable and very squeaky but nonetheless we managed to sleep on them.

Very close to the beach with adequate parking. Staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well looked after and the food served at the bar was decent.
