Christina, our host was very helpful and on call responding promptly to requests, arranging taxis, cleaning etc. Villa was very clean and well-appointed. Fridge was regularly restocked for breakfast. Outside areas and sizeable pool were excellent with spectacular views of sea and sunset.

The best place we have ever stayed. It has great view and was possible to see both sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect and with a car we can access to Oia city in 5 mins. Silent and safe environment. The pool outside is clean and big, and our kids kept playing even in the night as the light in the pool is automatically on during the night. The owner of property is super kind and always keeps being available for support and the response with WhatsApp is super quick. We love this place and will definitely choose again this property when we come back to Santorini!! Super recommended

With this location you couldn't walk anywhere so you have to either rent or make use of transfers, but Xristina makes that either. Wish it had to full bathrooms.

Great location. The sunset views were magnificent. Beautifully landscaped pool area. Xristina the host was absolutely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat, transfers whenever needed, and will even run to the store for anything you may need.

We loved everything. Very few places are amazing in every way, but Oia Sunset Luxury Villa was fantastic. Xristina is a wonderful host. Everytime I messaged her about anything, she responded in a couple minutes. She checks in with us regularly to make sure everything is fine, and even went to the grocery store to pick up groceries for us. She is exactly the kind of person you want to rent from when out of the country. She scheduled a massage for me and they came to the villa and massaged me on the back patio overlooking the Aegean Sea. Beautiful villa, beautiful pool, beautiful views of the sea and in a perfect location that is quiet and peaceful. Also, random taxis take advantage of tourists. Her husband has a transportation company that will drive you to different places for a reasonable amount. Much cheaper than random taxis. Everything was fantastic. The AC in the rooms were nice and cold, the wifi worked great and had excellent range... in the house, on the back patio, and even when in the pool. I have traveled to many countries, and stayed in many villas, but this villa combined with Xristina's level of care is very rare.. Xristina is the best and my family and I truly appreciated her treating us like we were family. We will definitely visit again.

There is only a few things that could make the place even better, something other than sheer curtains in the master bedroom to block out the early morning sun, stronger internet (it was hard to get even a bit of work done).

The location was nice and peaceful yet only a few minutes drive up to Oia. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and big. It’s perfect for a family with a large pool and lots of outdoor seating areas. We used the pool a lot. The host was great with everything. Beautiful sunset from the balcony with your favourite drinks and nibbles.

Nothing. It was perfect as a base for touring the island. Close enough to oia but far enough away to not be mobbed by the tourists. It was a haven.

We loved The swimming pool with lots of spots to follow the sun. The balcony was great for sunsets and the breakfasts were delicious. Everything was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh towels delivered. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.

A quick summary of what we loved: 1. stay here if you want to be close to Oia, but out of the tourist fray; 2. great pool and other living spaces; 3. house and grounds are clean and very secure; 4. amenities are as listed in the owner's ad; 5. if they offer you breakfast, then take it! excellent; and 6. owner was very responsive. very beautiful villa, every piece is an art, the architecture of the villa, the renovation of the house, the style of the furniture (with surprising small details), the gardening, the plants, the color, the layout of the overall design. Besides the beautiful villa and my perfectly satisfied happy stay, I love the PEOPLE here most!!! Louiza & Maria are so warm, kind and helpful ❤️❤️❤️ I lost my luggage on the arrival night, the next day, since morning, the villa owner Louiza called the airport and airline again and again to check the status of my luggage, in the afternoon, luggage was finally delivered to the villa. Louiza and Maria were very helpful and hospitable. We got good tips about destinations on the island, help with reservations and car rental. The villa was very clean and cozy. The swimming pool was an absolute favorite of the children.

Nothing at all! Just keep in mind that it’s a bit of a walk to Oia so you’ll most likely need some form of transport.

Chic, spacious yet understated in a lovely Cycladic style. Sea views, sunsets from the gorgeous pool & gardens with cool comfy places to chill.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place at all. No cons. My only disclaimer would be if you are expecting caldera views or an easy walk to Oia, it is not that. We had a car which we used to go to the different cities.

The property manager was extremely accommodating and was available for any questions. The property was a great location to watch the sunset and was pretty quiet unlike caldera area or staying in the major cities. We loved the private pool and they provide a great Bluetooth speaker. We also loved the breakfast everyday.
