We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Georgia was very welcoming and extremely efficient, giving us maps, booking taxis and recommending restaurants. Breakfast was pre ordered daily, with us choosing a time slot. There was a litre of water in every room. I had a wonderful view up the mou tain, my daughter's view was the swimming pool. It was situated on the edge of Fira, so away from the crowds and a short walk up steep roads to the centre. There was a mini market nearby.

We stayed here for 3 nights. First off the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Our room was quiet large, with a sofa and had plenty of room to get ready. We also had a pool view. The location of this hotel is perfect as you can access Fira main street in 5 minutes and the hotel location is nice and quiet. Could would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

IrelandBeing closer to Fira town would have made this place 10/10 but it was still only about 15-20 mins walk to Fira centre. Unfortunately a late check out wasn’t posssible and I noticed our room was not occupied again until very late in the afternoon.
We stayed in the suite with private pool it was lovely. Spacious and modern with a lovely view. The owner/ manager of the complex was lovely and gave us great tips about spots to visit while in Santorini. Very clean and modern. It had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Beautiful place and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was big, comfortable and very nice. Rooms are cleaned everyday, which we liked. The pool was never crowded so we always had sun loungers and could swim at anytime before sunset. The hotel is also close to Fira town, about 10 minutes walk.

The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming, giving good advice to visit the island. The hotel is small and friendly, well refurbished and super clean.
