There was nothing one could dislike. It was perfect!

It was a quiet bit of paradise away from the crazy crowds of Oia and Fira. A pleasant afternoon in the private pool and lounging on the patio was bliss! Breakfast was delightful and made a perfect start to every day!

It was not an easy walk into Oia - about half an hour up a steep hill with no pavement in places so we had to get a taxi to go into town in the evening.

Fantastic pool and outside area. Very clean and attractive interior to villa. Peaceful and rural setting.

Literally the only thing that you have to watch out for is in the downstairs bedroom there’s an almost invisible tiny step that my partner and I both stubbed our toes on, George had warned us but it is hard to notice as it’s so small.

The property was so incredibly beautiful, like something out of a novel! the location was great aswell, near enough to Oia that you can walk if you’re feeling energetic and got some amazing views of the back of Oia and another pretty little area that lights up at night. Taxi drivers regularly said they had not been there before but still they managed to find us pretty easily. The staff were great, George was right next door if we needed him and Miko that bought us breakfast every day was so lovely and helpful. We very much enjoyed meeting Mew (George’s cat) but be warned he will try and eat your breakfast 😂 Loved having the pool, swam every day, liked that it had lights so we could swim in the evening as well (be warned it’s not very warm but we still loved it, great for cooling off). Overall really great, we didn’t want to leave! ☺️

A bit out of the way for walking into Oia itself so ideally would need a vehicle to get around. Perhaps would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms as well at bathrooms. But these only minor.

Breakfast was really delicious each morning. Pool area was lovely and kept well maintained. George was very helpful.

super comfortable and spacious villa with all needed for perfect family vacation. many sitting and sunbathing places that can fit to any location of sun rays. we actually preferred staying in the villa for most of the hours. the kids just did not want to get out of the pool. it was perfectly clean. the open view that allows seeing the famous Santorini sunset. a car is mandatory. even for 2 km trip to a mini-market or to the closest restaurants walking is not an option.

Everything was exceptional. It is located a couple of minutes outside the main town and the taxi was 15 euros for 4 people.

George was kind and attentive. He made himself available at all times and helped us with transportation. Breakfast was fantastic!! The house was spotless, charming and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!!!!

Inside is a bit dated and needs a bit of love / refurb. The property was not fully ready for relaxing stay, e.g. there were no spoons or wine glasses. Also daily service was not very effective, i.e. toilet paper was not replenished.

Amazing nature and great outside space. Really feels rural and in the middle of nowhere but still only 5mins from Oia. Very peaceful and quiet. Great pool and BBQ facilities.

bad services . hard to reach the stuff 1 bottle of water was for only three days . you can’t order more. the room was smelly and dusty. too far from the city the bed , bed sheet and the blanket was dirty and smelly the entrance was so tide .. the cars can’t pass the Villa owner was so rudely and he need to know how to speak with the customers .

Too many issues - water pressure from taps and showers very low 2 showers couldn’t be used at the same time - Toilet seat was broken - aircon remote had no batteries - too many flies Location was close to Oia but difficult to walk also difficult to walk to the beach
