Steep climb up from beach to garden, but no trouble for most people. It was a shame that the second bedroom didn't have a/c, but otherwise it was pretty much idyllic.

Lovely location. above beautiful, quiet bay with superb swimming. Charming, efficient host (thanks Eleni!); rooms cleaned and bedding changed every couple of days. Delightful, large garden with sunbeds under the olive trees and view of the Ionian sea - perfect for a relaxing stay. Nice spacious apartment with large terrace. Ample parking. Short drive or easy walk into Ammoudi village with excellent choice of tavernas and two little supermarkets.

On the ground floor wi-fi was sometimes weak.

The garden and the sea view is beautiful (olive trees, lemon trees, grapes). Its (almost) private beach is one of the best beach on the Island - 2 mins walk from the apartment. If you really looking for a natural quite place, this is ideal for rests. Stores, restaurants in 5 mins walk.

Most peaceful place on the island. Perfectly located to reach all non touristic places on the island. Amazing garden to have breakfast and dinner looking at the sea. Private beach with perfect water. Nice hosts. Extremely clean. The room was cleaned daily.

The beds were very hard

Very spacious apartment with a beautiful view over the garden and the sea. Room cleaning every 3 days but as we were staying 4 night they cleaned it after 2 days which was really nice. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to do the check out later on which means we gained another beach day! Totally recommended

More new dishes in kitchene would be nice, although we managed with existing ones.

Sea balcony view is beautuful, as well as garden behing apartments. Everything is as in pictures. The apartment was large enough, as well as terrace, which is lovely for enjoying sea view, morning excercise and meditating. The apartment was completely cleaned 2 times during 11 days stay. The family that own apartments is very kind, friendly and hostile.

Amazing accommodation! We had a room on the 1st floor with sea view. The view was incredible, and it was really quiet and peaceful, so perfect to rest. The room was fully equipped too (had a kitchenette with stove, fridge and all the necessary kitchenware). Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was great too, in a quiet area but with a nice sandy beach 2-3 min walk away and a nice grill taverna 5 min walk away. There was private parking which really helped since we had a car. The owners were the nicest as well. In addition, the price was very reasonable! What more to ask! :)

As mentioned, no internet access. We found a workaround by buying a local sim card for, but you'll have to go to the Zakynthos City (or better if you have an e-sim capable device). The rest of it is more about the town itself. It's pretty, peaceful, small and it has almost everything you might need. There's no pharmacy (there's a few in the next town only a few km away). Public transport on the island is terrible, only 5 busses a day, except Sunday, but as on any island, car/rent-a-car is a must.

We had a very good time! The two bedroom apartment was clean, adequately equipped, roomy with a big terrace. The whole facility is very nice, with a lot of parking space, a big olive garden with sunbeds and two porches looking at the sea. Direct access to the sea (not a beach) is a bit rocky, but once you're in the sea, it's just sand. We spent almost every day there. There's a vending machine in front of the facility, with local snacks and beverages, which was useful, and it was frequently restocked. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They're always around when you need them and with a smile.

The kitchen and the bathroom are pretty small but functional. There is no WiFi, but that is mentioned in the description. That (WiFi) can be an opportunity for improvement.

The view from the balcony is astonishing! We were in the room on the first floor. The hosts are great! Everything is exceptionally clean! The sea is 50m away, and water is crystal clear with sandy bottom! There is plenty of space for parking in the front yard, and there is a big garden with olive trees, natural shade with sea view in the back yard. There are mosquito nets on doors and windows, which is great.

The proximity. I didn’t feel safe walking around there. The stores are very far away, there are dogs from other properties that are unchained, and weird people around. This has nothing to do with the property itself, but it’s something you should consider. The bathroom is extremly small.

The view to the sea is very nice. Overall it’s clean enough. The furniture wasn’t dusted, but the bed was clean.
