The pool was slightly smaller than expected but we weren’t going there for the pool so that didn’t bother us, it was the perfect size to cool off after a day out! The location of the Villa was not in the centre of anything although there were places around it (like a bakery and a number of restaurants) it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town of Fira which again didn’t affect us and here there is also the local bus stop which stop at many places like Oia and Megalachori overall I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Santorini

The room was lovely and clean with a decent sized bathroom. The staff were lovely upon arrival they showed us a map of Santorini and gave us some options for tours which were reasonably priced. The outside area of the Villas was also lovely and the views from any of the rooms was amazing!

We have booked rooms here in various trips (2016, 2021, 2024). The rooms are nice and clean. The location is very convenient (in the middle of the island, close to Fyra but much easier to park, you can go everywhere easily from there). The staff is very easy to cooperate.

• The room on check-in and after the first clean the following day smelt like bleach. We didn’t bring this up with management so they didn’t have an opportunity to correct this at the time. Turning on the aircon helped but opening the window didn’t do too much. • The hang up shower head didn’t extend to the holder. We found a work around for this though.

• This is basic, budget accomodation so expectations weren’t too high. • The bathroom was one of the newer bathrooms we’ve come across and the shower was large. • Property is a short walk from the bus stop and Fira. Was easy to get there from the Port via bus. • Management can arrange transfers to and from the port/airport if you prefer. • Key information was communicated to us before our stay. • Pricing was our key factor for staying here.

Nice hotel within 12-15 mins walk from the Fira bus station and within walking distance to good priced restaurants, supermarket and other shops in the area. The bus to the airport leaves you 2 mins away, so no need to take the overpriced taxis.

We did not get prior Info on how to check-in to rooms. We arrived Late 10pm and no one was there to respond. We waited approx 1 hour searching for someone at late night 11pm. Finally we managed to call the villa number and then they told us our room number.

The villa location is really good. The rooms were really clean and all services were on top.

The space is starting to show it's age. It's still okay but it's hovering around the 7.5 to 8 out 10. Still its a good place for a 3-4 day stay.

The staff was fantastic, very flexible and helpful. The location is very close to a bus stop and a 10 minute walk from the main bus terminal in Santorini (Thera). It's a 15 minute walk from the Fera caldera which has some amazing views. There are also some good restaurants and pastries close by.

I arrived in Santorini on Christmas Eve and I booked a single room. Although I arrived early, the hotel tried their best to arrange check-in for me in advance, and the room was very clean and tidy. thank you all. I spent a wonderful 4 days here.

Not on the property. But travellers need to know that if you come during Christmas, shops are closed and bus service was also suspended for 2 days. So it can be quite expensive to travel by taxi from town to town.

The owner communicated with me on how to get to the Villa considering that we arrived at odd hours. He even arranged for a taxi to wait for us at the Santorini Port. The villa is not in town center but close enough ( within 15 minutes) walking to Fira.
