location was a bit of a let down as it wasn’t easy to get to places without spending money on a taxi. free upgrade was ok but actually preferred the room we booked. also were offered help via email to move rooms but didn’t get it.

Check in could have been smoother.

Hotel has great views of Skiathos Town, airport and harbour and across to other islands. Breakfast had a good choice. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. Bedrooms are good, very comfy 😊 Breakfast is lovely and the staff are great. Katarina is exceptional, such a lovely lady! Always goes above and beyond! Second time back and was so happy to see her still there!👌

The bathroom was tiny and a little dated. Given that you can’t drink the tap water it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water replaced each day. Although fine for the most part there were a couple of occasions where there was miscommunication due to a language barrier and I felt a little uncomfortable with the directness I was met with. It made me uncomfortable especially as I always try and be a considerate guest. Small things like this make all the difference to me.

The pool area, the view and the breakfast were all great. Special mention particularly to Eleni for being so welcoming. Very clean and the A/C was quiet and worked very well.

We only stayed one night arriving late evening. so comments based on less than 24hr stay. Excellent breakfast and views from the pool area. Great for a bit of plane spotting! Lovely pool and pool area.

Perhaps the bathrooms are a little dated but it’s no big problem. The hotel is out of town (up a hill) but taxis are 7 euros each way, which is very reasonable. If you call the hotel they can send the shuttle to collect you (also 7 euros but saves queuing!)

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were happy to offer advice and arrange transport with the hotel’s shuttle. On one morning our transport didn’t turn up and a staff member drove us herself to the beach! Eleni was happy to arrange anything for us; even offering to get food delivered during a storm. The pool was lovely and on some days we even had it to ourselves (a bonus of staying in a small hotel). Breakfast was yummy, with a lot of options, both hot and cold. The rooms were kept clean and the house keepers were friendly and smily. We very much enjoyed our stay, and as an added bonus you can watch the planes landing on the runway (as the hotel overlooks this).

Everything but particularly ease of access by car and beautiful views at breakfast. This is our preferred hotel in Skiathos only when we have our own transport
