We travel with our one year old baby and everybody was super lovely with her. She received more attention than everyone else. The room was super spacious and all the facilities were always clean. We love it and planning to come back!

The hotel was gorgeous - beautiful property, clean large rooms, all the amenities you could possibly need. The basic continental breakfast was better than expected. Property was a 10 minute walk from the caldera and straightforward. Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, carry luggage, assist with taxis, and provided tons of tips for our entire stay and remaining trip locations.

We loved our room but I think the pictures were a little deceiving especially for the price. We definitely could not see the sunset from our room and the pictures looked more like the rooms that had a shared 'Private Pool'. The pictures also made the room look much bigger. Additionally it is further from town the walk isn't too bad but it is very steep and after 12 days of traveling we were getting tired of the tiring walks so we had to pay for a taxi most of the time. For the price of the hotel I think they should have a shuttle or at least a discounted shuttle for people going into Oia

We had a private sunset view room with a heated plunge pool. We loved the privacy and how clean the room was. I thought it was a perfect place to finish off our honeymoon and truly relax after traveling so much. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful at all hours and we really appreciated all the suggestions and help they gave us throughout our stay. The free breakfast was delicious as well.

Nothing - we wished we could have stayed longer. Loud obnoxious group of Americans arrived towards the end of our stay that could be heard shouting and swearing at eachother in the evening but the team did have a word with them on various occaisions to keep the noise down and stop the bad language

Everything was great. Hotel is lovely and the team were so welcoming and friendly. Tony and the F&B team went above and beyond and the reception team were great in arranging a late check out. Location is great with large parking area which if great if you hire a car to tour the island. We will be back next year for sure !

All perfection!

Everything about the hotel was perfect! It is out of the main area of Oia, but this is a good thing as it’s only a 10 minute walk into busy Oia. The hotel staff are AMAZING. They could not be more friendly, or welcoming, or helpful. We would definitely recommend Secret View to anyone visiting Oia.

The only downside was it was not walking distance to the main town and taxis were expensive

The staff were absolutely incredible, they were so nice and you really felt like they would do anything for you. The views were amazing , the room was perfect, and the complimentary facial was 10/10

Fantastic hotel. More than exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff, lovely pool and restaurant/bar areas. Room was bigger than I was expecting with a balcony. Loved it. Great bathroom and amenities. Wish we booked for longer. Loved it here and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Food and drinks were quite expensive. Water wasn’t really provided so we ended up going up the road to the local shop and buying several larger bottles as you cannot drink the water in Santorini. Also I had about 20 euro in coins stolen from my room by some of the staff that serviced the room so I wasn’t happy as that’s equivalent to around $40 Australian dollars. I get often people leave a tip for staff or cleaners but to take the whole pile of coins I had on the table is just plain theft

We like that the rooms were spacious and that you could walk out of your room straight into the pool. The rooms were also serviced regularly. It was also quite close to Oia

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel from the manager to the housekeeping staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was beautiful and quiet compared to the hotels in the urbanised areas. Sunsets were sensational. Restaurant food was exquisite and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious.

We had booked for a rooftop a la carte dinner in advance to enjoy the sunset which we were really looking forward to. However I was informed the night before we arrived that they had changed it to a BBQ party dinner for all guests with a set menu of 40 Euro each. Although they had live music, we didn't see the value in the food. The meat was quite dry and cold. We certainly had better meals on our travels that were much better value.

The property is very new, clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and it was walking distance to the town of Oia. The pool is great and we had no problems getting lounge chairs to lie on. The free welcome cocktail was delicious and a nice touch!

The staff were absolutely amazing! Super helpful. My fiancé and I saw a tiny lizard that ran in when we left our pool door open! I was freaking out being the baby I am and the staff immediately came in and took it out for us!

Very slippery around lower pool.

The rooms were comfortable and the views were amazing. The pools were clean and warm. The food that was offered was delicious.
