The food is average. For the breakfast, you have to pay for some very basic items such as musli, walnuts, scramble eggs, etc. The swimming pool’s ground is not is good conditions (there are some stains).

The view, the room, the reception staff, the position. The welcoming is really great.

However, the pools closed at 6:30. I wanted to swim after a long day but felt we had to rush. I didn’t love the tour at the beginning. It felt like a sales pitch. “Here’s our spa, here’s our really expensive restaurant, here’s our more expensive restaurant would you like a reservation?”

Some personnel was not very friendly. You can pay +5€ per day to get breakfast in the room, but when delivered something was always missing. I made clear coffee was super important for me, but it kept being forgotten. You can tell the waiters were not friendly when I asked for what it was, nothing extra, just what was agreed.

It is a great hotel and has very nice amenities, plus a big highlight is the delicious food they have! Kudos to the chef of the hotel and also to the bar tender who made us great drinks.

An incredible stay at Secret View Hotel. My husband and I had an amazing time celebrating our honeymoon. The staff are very accommodating and are there to assist you in planning activities around the island. The facilities are modern, clean and well designed to enjoy. The short walk to Oia town allows for a more peaceful and quiet stay where you are able to relax. I would like to thank the hotel manager Athina who ensured that we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay. When we arrived at the hotel we were shown all the facilities and enjoyed a welcome drink at the bar. We were able to check in early which is very helpful after a flight. The staff at the Harmonica Spa, Anthi and Dimitra provided an excellent spa service. The bar staff made amazing cocktails which were enjoyed by the wonderful ocean view. I would like to thank everyone at Secret View Hotel for their kind, accommodating service which made our holiday experience one that we will remember. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a stay where you are well looked after by all staff and wish for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Looking forward to staying again.

While it was a taxi ride or bit of a walk to Oia, we used it as an opportunity to walk off a nice dinner or get a pre dinner work out. So didn’t bother us particularly but realise location wouldn’t be for everyone.

It was modern and clean, the rooms were quiet and comfortable with good aircon, and the poolside sun beds were great. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiley and welcoming. Felt very boutique in style and substance.

The breakfast options could have been better.

The property is beautiful with amazing views and sunsets. The location was perfect just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Oia. We loved all the small touches such as the cold towels that were brought round by the spa staff when sunbathing to the welcome bottle of wine. One of the best chicken wraps I’ve ever had, it was delicious! We loved our stay here!
