Absolutely magical place! My recent stay at Oia Waves by SV in Santorini was truly unforgettable, thanks in no small part to the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly one standout individual, Yannis. From the moment we arrived, Yannis greeted us with a warm smile and helped us with our luggage. Not only was he incredibly helpful with practical matters, but he also shared his wealth of knowledge about the area, providing us with invaluable tips and recommendations that enhanced our experience of Our stay at Oia Waves by SV was nothing short of extraordinary. The breathtaking sea views from our apartment were simply unforgettable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. From the sparkling floors to the fresh linens, every detail was perfect. Combined with the warm hospitality of Yannis and the staff, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for a memorable Santorini.

There was nothing we did not like. Everything was OK. Facilities were great. Staff (Johnns) was kind and helpful.

Oia Waves is very near the Santorini beach. The place was perfect; it was big and the facilities were working. Johnny (Johnns), the hotel staff was kind and very helpful. We were amazed how he could carry 3 heavy luggages from our airbnb all the way to the top of Oia. If we were to go back to Santorini, we will get this place again.

The view was amazing. I visited Oia in late January and it was off-season. The manager was so kind that he told us useful info around the town. Thanks to him, our staying was great to enjoy this beautiful island and town.

It was the perfect, modern cave house with all the amenities and the true Santorini experience. View is spectacular! Our host was not only very friendly and knowledgable with great tips about the area, he insisted on carrying our heavy bags to the house via the 10 minute walk down and around the narrow, winding pathways - not only upon our arrival but for our departure as well despite it being the wee early morning hours! There are 2 things that future customers may need to know: OIA has a main street from which all the little streets begin. Unfortunately, from such a street, you need to take 148 stairs down the hill to reach the room (it's the lowest room in this area). For stay of a couple of days, it's not an issue, but for longer stays, it may be an issue for some families. 2nd issue: we didn't have WIFI connection (there was but didn't work) and no 4G/5G connection. Our stay was in winter when after 6:30 pm there is nothing to 6do and restaurants close at 8PM. We could only read because the TV only had channels in Greek and with no wifi, no NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC. If you need to do some remote office...forget it!! Despite these two inconveniences, we would most probably repeat here.

(Almiost) The perfect hotel in OIA. The room was superb, beautiful, original... speechless, but I'm not providing a 10 (but 9 instead) for a couple of reasons that I will explain later. We are a family of four and the room was espacious, with 2 rooms and 2 full equipped bathrooms. Everything seemed to be quite new. Great TV at the large dining room. The room had a private terrace with a nice spa (heated water) with incredible views to the volcano caldera. The owners provide a service that includes a person (johnny) that welcomes you and brings your luggage during check-in and check out

It was right at the bottom of the caldera. Which means many many steps to get home. Not really suitable for older folks. It’s a steep climb both up and down. Also the washing machine broke down and leaked into our apartment. Hot water is on and off.

The view was spectacular. Johnny was excellent and very responsive to our needs. He helped us to transport our luggage up and down the extremely gruesome flight of stairs for check in and check out. Apartment was clean and had an equipped kitchen.

It is a cozy cave house with good view. They provided us with luggage storage due to our late flight. They also helped to carry our heavy luggage up and down to the house which is totally not an easy task.

We loved our stay here! The view is amazing and it was peaceful, quiet and not windy. The space looks just like the photos. It was small, but it provided us with everything we needed. We enjoyed the two terrace spaces and enjoyed the view from our bed. Our host, Yannis, was great with communication. We arrived in the late evening by plane and left by ferry a few days later. He arranged a transfer both ways for us. I’d recommend this, as with many accommodations with a view/on the cliff, it could be very hard to find your way on your own. And they carried our luggage for us down the many stairs and pathways. The location was great, you can walk to everything in minutes. Yannis even provided us with some great restaurant recommendations which we really enjoyed! Thank you for an unforgettable stay in Oia.

Location is perfect. A few steps away from the centre of Oia yet far enough away that you get piece and quiet. The hotel is the last one along the path at the side of the caldera so nothing blocks your view to the sea. The room was huge and nicely furnished. Yannis was the perfect host.
