Greek mattresses are very firm, ours were no exception

Some nights there is loud music from the hotel in high volume. Also very important if your balcony is facing the sea. Otherwise the view is poor...

We took the maisonette apartment - the size for a family with two children is perfect. The hotel swimming pool was a great break from the beach, from time to time.

The room are very basic and really need an update. the bathroom particularly although clean, felt a bit dated and "basic". The beds were exrtemely uncomformatble, very hard matresses.

The location, host and external facilities, including the food was wonderful. The pool was wonderul, the kids loved it and it felt clean,. Sitting around the pool in the cafe/restaurant area was extremely comfortable. The food we tried was great too.

Would have been nice to have some tea/ coffee in the room as we had a kettle available.

Breakfast was a fantastic size and quality- more than worth the price payed! The staff were the friendliest and made you feel like the hotel was home. The views from the balcony were stunning which made it the best place to relax in the evenings. The location was perfect with just a minute walk to gorgeous beaches and fantastic restaurants.

There are 2 things i didn't like: 1. the bathroom has no ventilation. And also tried to use the bathtub but it is dysfuntion. 2. Tere was a kitchen but you can't cook or reheat a food because there was no cooking pots and pans. So, we didn't use the kitchen at all rather went to the their restaurant and order meal.

from the cleaner, the hotel and restaurant staffs as well as the lady owners(mum and daughter) were kind and friendly. They managed to get my request to get a cake to surprise my little girl on her bday there. We loved the food, very delish. it's worth the price as it's portion was big. They served it as half portion for our kids upon our request. We loved that the property has a pool, which my daughter really enjoyed. She met and won friends as well. And that the center and the beach is just a walking distance and the beach is just in front of every bars and restaurants. We'll definitely coming back in this place.

The only negative thing is that the bathroom has no window and no ventilation. The atmosphere in there was really bad during the day as it was very hot and humid

Stuff was great. Very helpful and accommodating Pool was great although a bit busy on midday with non guests joining with 4-5 kids but it's July so what can you do :) Restaurant was also great with a lot of variety

A very friendly and confy family run hotel. Maria and her family are professional and smiling like old friends so you can feel like home far from home. The hotel is very close to Agistri harbour and to all shops, bars and restaurants in Skala and offers a full range of meals and drinks in a suggestive patio with pool. Hope to get back soon!

We had a bit of an issue with the heating system but the owner was very helpful!

We enjoyed it a lot, the location was great, room was very clean and the manager very kind. Definitely a great choice close to Athens!
