The property was just a bit further from the main area than I realized. Our room was quite small and our balcony overlooked an unattractive parking lot.

The staff was excellent. The young lady at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful every time we interacted with her. She is truly dedicated to her role at the property.

Uma ray suites was just heaven. Tucked away in the perfect location we were able to walk easily around fira. The facilities of the hotel were exceptional from the outdoor pool to the indoor heated pool we were lucky to have when it rained one morning. The staff were lovely and the rooms were very clean.

The hotel's location is great - right next to the center of Fira and only a few minutes walk from the Fira shuttle station, so it was pretty convenient to tour around the island. The staff were friendly. I arrived pretty late due to a flight change, but I had no problem checking in. The room is clean, quiet and spacious. There is one outdoor pool and one indoor pool that is nice and warm. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to other travellers. Just a note that this place doesn't face the sea directly.

That the air conditioning was not turned on our 1st night and it was very hot in our room . As it was the start of the season it was still on heat settings. The reception staff sorted this out the next day and it was switched back to cold which was very good. The breakfast items could be more choice especially the beans were a cold option instead of being hot to eat with hot breakfast items. There was no English breakfast tea available etc just flavoured teas like Earl Grey so any English travellers who choose to stay here bring your own tea bags. The lady in the breakfast room was always very helpful every morning bringing us condiments.

The property is immaculate with all amenities in a very good location 2 mins walk to the Caldera. The property owner and his staff are very helpful and go out of their way to give you recommendations regarding restaurants and excursions. The young lady in reception was especially very good and always went out of her way to say hello to us and offer any advice.

This hotel is very central in location. It is steps away from everything, taxi stand, shopping, bus terminal etc. The staff is very friendly and courteous, they were outside to welcome me on arrival, and will try to provide you anything that we needed.

The Uma Ray was gorgeous and exactly as shown online. The outdoor pool was cool but comfortable and the inside pool was warm and very pleasant. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The balcony was very nice and my husband and I shared a glass of wine each evening, but it is not very private. All of the balconies overlook each other. The staff was AMAZING. They helped us figure out some restaurant options and were great getting us cars to and from the port. I recommend walking next door and renting an ATV. For $90 for 24 hours it is the absolute best way to see the whole island. We spoke to several other couples who were in Santorini longer than us and didn't get to see as much as we did.

Room was great, beautiful view of the ocean! Only down side was, the sinks were part of the bedroom, not separate.

Close walking distance to town, just around the corner from the one of the most spectacular sites you'll see on an island, especially in the evening. Breakfast was classic European and a number of restaurants with American style breakfast are a close walk..

Only drawback was the toilet door which was difficult to enter and exit. Didn’t care for the shower room, no dry area to put on clothes.
