Breakfast is done via a sort of deliveroo. It is on time and the food is good quality but there is no service. They do make you aware of it so they are very transparent even before booking but for some people could be a downside.

We had an amazing time. The room we stayed at was exactly like the pictures, the jacuzzi was warm so you could deep in the evenings and it was the best! It was very quiet surroundings and it was exactly what we were looking for to relax. Highly recommended.

The views and location were unbeatable. The fun, gorgeous n outrageous Sofia couldn’t do enough for us. She even chauffeured my husband to Oia, I didn’t know if I’d ever see him again… 🤣 though thankfully she brought him home. Adi, the porter and general handyman was also wonderful, he has a great sense of humour, helped us with our bloody heavy bags. Look forward to returning one day. 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷

Our stay was so amazing. The location alone is near perfect! The view from the rooms STUNNING. Sophia and her team were so attentive and accommodating. The accommodations were so clean and well curated! Uber chic and sexy! Arranging rides to different parts of the island was as easy as a text message to Sophia and her team. I am truly so sad to leave! Love love love our time there! Hopefully will return very soon!

From the moment we arrived EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL!! MS. Leyla, Mr. Adi 7 Mrs. Ira service was SUPERB!! If I could RATE our whole experience for U & Me Suites, I would give them a 10+. The effective communication that Ms. Leyla gave, quick to answer and just went above and beyond for my husband and me. We would definitely stay there again and again.

Everything about our stay in the honeymoon suite was perfect! Thank you to Leyla, the concierge, for the best communication we have ever received from a hotel! Anything we needed she responded right away and helped us with from transportation to restaurant bookings etc. Also, a special thank you to the man who helped us with our bags and gave us an introduction to the island on the walk to the hotel! The bed mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were too thick and high for us, perhaps others might have problems with this. But I am sure that if we had asked, they would have solved this problem.

The location of the accommodation was ideal for us, a few steps away from the crowded streets full of tourists, providing a quiet and peaceful private sphere, but a few minutes walk from the heart of Fira. The panoramic view is magnificent, the accommodation is tastefully decorated, the furniture is apparently new and the whole place is very cosy. At first glance the small jacuzzi, described as a private pool, seemed a disappointment, but then we saw that it's a feature of all Santorini. The pools are cleaned every day. Breakfast is delivered at the agreed time and a delicious, hearty meal is provided. Special mention must go to Sofia the concierge for her kindness and helpfulness! She was able to solve all our requests and made our stay very easy.

The only slight downside for us was that it was quite light at nighttime in the bedroom due to a high window and we prefer it to be darker!

Clean comfortable apartment, good location for the town and also to do the cliff walk to Oia. The private pool was a big bonus! It was great to have Sophia always on hand for any questions, issues or to offer suggestions for places to go/things to do.

The pool is right by the entrance of the property so it’s not completely private. However, worth it for the view.

Incredible! The best views in Santorini- overlooking the Caldera volcano. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the Caldera much more from our private pool than the hustle and bustle of tourists in Oia. Sofia and her team were amazing. Wouldn’t let you lift a finger and would help with absolutely anything and everything you needed. Property was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable - Pure luxury and THE place to stay in Santorini.

Our room had an incredible view, but in front of the view, there was a busy walkway that a lot of people walked through. People occasionally came up to our gate to look at our pool and patio. Not the hotel’s fault, but just a product of our pool’s location relative to the walkway. Less privacy than would be ideal.
