I am delighted with this accommodation, which I have stayed in several times during my long stays in Crete. A modern apartment, with quality and functional equipment, very practically designed. Two beautiful, and clean swimming pools with landscaped surroundings testify to the owner's constant, caring care. The privacy, cleanliness, peace and comfort that this apartment provides, together with the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Western Crete, make for an unforgettable holiday. The location of the apartment in Platanias close to shops and restaurants and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy road is, in my opinion, ideal. Thanks to the kind hosts for their care during my stay.

Couldn’t fault the property itself - only observation is the unit we were in didn’t get sunshine on the terrace until a little later in the afternoon but pool had sun from early on and was literally steps away so not a problem.

Property was spotless, modern, spacious and in a really good location just off the main strip. This allowed us to be central to everything, close to the beach but gave us privacy and serenity with no sunbed wars!

We loved our stay here. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent. The apartment is modern, very clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a nice large patio area (Apartment Nr. 2) - it was perfect for our family of four. The property is in a quieter area, which we enjoyed, and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach and main road, where there is a bakery, lots of restaurants and shops. The pool is great, ideal for relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers and large umbrellas for shade. We would highly recommend Twins Apartments for a stay in the Platanias area.

I wish we had booked one of the rooms with a bigger outdoor area as would have been nice to sit and spend time there in the evening. But we were pre warned of this before arrival so it is not a problem.

The bad and pillows were very soft and not of premium quality. Also the curtains in the bedroom let much morning light in the room which makes you wake up very early in the morning, even if you don’t want it.

It was so close to restaurants, super markets and shopping places! The pool was amazing, enough space for everyone to tan and swim. It suits if you’re going on a family trip, or maybe with a friend group or if it’s with your partner. I would 100% book again!

The owner is very nice and was on hand when we needed anything. The apartment is very modern and there was enough space for 4 people. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. Easy access to the swimming pools.

Everything was perfect. The accomodation is modern and the apartment was really nice. We found everything we needed and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also very beautiful and there were enough sun beds at the pool for all to use. Location of the accomodation is perfect with peacefull surroundings, but yet a short walk from supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.This apartment did not have a view to the pool or the garden, which we knew in advance. This did not bother at all. We had a little bit more privacy and the pool/garden area is just around the corner. We would highly recommend this accomodation We also got suggestions for a variety of activities via the accomodation and during our stay we took a Jeep Safari tour in the white mountains of Crete (including coffee break and lunch at local restaurants, visit to a traditional shepherd's hut, amazing scenery etc.) which was amazing. The best activity we had. So also a big recommendation for that tour.

It was absolutely amazing. We had a great time and we will definitely be telling others about this place. Very nice people in this place. The apartment was near a little store so we could get some breakfast. Very nice.

Clean, modern apartments and property with all the amenities needed. Very friendly staff who gives you an almost home like feeling. The location is quiet and just a short walk from the beach. Since there are only 6 apartments are there only a few people.

Location is very central, yet off the main road. Mini market just across with all daily needs , bakery 2-3 min walk.. very quiet and peaceful Restaurants are within walking distance Beach is 5 minutes away

We really liked our vacation at Twins Apartments. It was extremely cozy, calm and comfortable to spend our vacation. Everything is tasteful, stylish and there were all the necessary things for comfort. The owners are very decent people and are always happy to help in solving any issue. There are shops, a transport stop and a beach. Our sincere recommendation!

Honestly, the is nothing we didn't like.

Everything was perfect during our stay. We really liked that the apartment had mosquitos nets for all windows and that it was increabibly bright. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen really well equiped.

The clothes rack is ineffective on rainy days. You need something that can be put inside so that the laundry does not get wet.

The apartments are set back from the busy resort of Platanais. Just a short 10 minute walk and you’re at the beach, shops & nightlife. We loved the quiet tranquility of the apartments which are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything you need has been thought of & catered for and made for a very relaxing stay. We will be booking again.

There's 5 apartments so sometimes there can be lot of people in the swimming pools but it only happened once time during our week

The apartment was very nice, clean and cosy. The swimming pools area was awesome with comfortable loungers. And the owner was very nice especially when the kids forgot the apartment keys on the door inside the apartment. She phoned a locksmith and solved the problem very fastly.

cool design of apartment itself and the whole area. with the location, the overall area was structured in little terraces, which made it very natural and comfy. host was fantastic, friendly and approachable. good fun, good life, we come back :)

nothing, I would highly recommend this apartment to all!!

This apartment is so close to everything, beach, restaurants and shops, perfect for family holiday. this small group of apartments is so private, not in anyway crowded. The apartment itself was large and spacious with everything you could possibly need, even a bottle of water in the fridge. It was kept spotless by the wonderful staff, providing regular cleaning and linen changes.
